Our event is very special, because the graduation marks the end of one stage and the
beginning of another. requiring each of the guests to wear formal vestment

Clothing code

For women to wear an evening dress (all colors except


white)

For men to wear a suit and formal shoes


Activities or Entertainment
It is very important that each of the graduates have a great time and this night is
unforgettable. For this we present the activities

Graduation dance

Hiring a violinist for dinner time

At the end of dinner we will see a short video of what their school years were like

There Will be a DJ when the dance floor opens

A photo booth Will open along with a candy table.

And to the end we Will hire a mariachi or band (as graduates prefer)
Menu (food)

Our menu will be four courses.

Our second course will be a spinach and


Our first dish will be a white asparagus
lettuce salad served with caramel walnut,
cream
strawberry, orange, and raspberry juice

Our last dish will be dessert. The option


The third dish will be a three-quarter flank
could be a red fruit tart, chocolate bunny

It is of utmost importance that all guests feel comfortable with what they consume
and, above all, that it does not harm them
This meal Will be based on the same style, four dishes.

The firt instead of cream Will be a chicken broth with zero fat

In the second dish we will leave the salad but we will remove any sweetener

In the third patillo we are going to replace the meat with mushrooms and chickpeas

The dessert will be low in gluten. of frozen yogurt options, gelatin or quinoa

It is true that haute cuisine is in fashion, where everyone likes to take a photo
of their dish and I dare say that it is not about the food, but about how it is
plated. That is why we will take care of an incredible plating and a flavor that
you will never forget.

If something unexpected happens
In case of an unforeseen event we are always prepared

• The place where the parties are held will always have all the security measures
• In the event of earthquakes or fires, all rules are requested to be followed
• If the power goes out we have an extra transformer and a solar energy system that will help us
turn on the lights
• Security will be hired to avoid axidents
• Etc.
