CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Rate
A deposit of 30% is required 3 days / 72 hours prior to arrival via bank transfer,
to guarantee and confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.
The balance payment will be settled upon check in

Non Refundable/ Promo Rate


Full payment is required 3 days / 72 hours prior to arrival via bank transfer,
to guarantee and confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.

Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m


Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m

CANCELLATIONS

Standard Rate
• If a reservation is cancelled 3 days / 72 hours or more prior to arrival, no penalty is applied
• If a reservation is cancelled within 2 days / 48 hours prior to the arrival date,
50% of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.

Non Refundable/ Promo Rate


• If the reservation is cancelled later than 2 days / 48 hours prior to arrival,
full payment 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
• Non refundable rates will not be reimbursed, should you be affected
by travel restrictions such as quarantine, flight cancellations or re-routings
through affected countries, please reach out to the hotel directly
to discuss your booking, no later than 1 day / 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations made between May 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021
may be changed in agreement with the hotel management.
Please note that any changes to existing non-refundable or promo bookings
will be subject to availability and possible extra charge.

Late Checkout
Subject to availability hotel reserves the right to apply additional.

Confirmation Policy
All rates must be guaranteed by valid credit card or bank transfer
to confirm the booking.
