It is to inform you that Tripura Gazettee Notification was issued on 12%
September, 2019 Vide F. No.8(1)-UDD/DUD/2018/7982-64 dated 19% September,
2019 on the above noted subject ( copy enclosed herewith ) for implementation by
your ULB.
It is to be mentioned here that the same was communited to your office
on September, 13, 2019 at 11.17 AM. through e-mail,
Now you are requested to confirm this Directorate whether your ULB is
collecting Water Charges at the rate notified vide Notification under reference. If the
ULB is not collecting Water Tax at the notified rate, and then at what rate your UBL is
collecting Water Tax , the reason may also be communicated for taking further
action.
