Impact Crusher

Brief Introduction: Jianye impact crushers are a new design that


produces an excellent cubical product. This impact crusher
produces a high ratio of reduction. The impact crusher is built for
durability and simplicity of operation. Adjustment is easy from

Operating Principle: It is a kind of crushing equipment, using impact energy to crush materials. When materials get
into the area where the board hammer plays a part, under the impact function of board hammer at a high speed, the
crushed ones are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then they are rebounded from the
impact liner to the area where the board hammer plays a part, and are impacted again. The materials from large
ones to small ones get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly. The process is going on until the
materials are crushed to the required sizes and discharged from down of the machine.

Features: It features of simple structure, zero key connection and special impact liner. When crushing hard rocks, it
is of efficiency and energy conservation; the products are of cubic shape; the sizes of the discharging particles are
adjusted; the crushing process can be simplified; the production cost can be cut down.

Jaw Crusher
Brief Introduction: Our jaw crushers are ideal for primary and secondary crushing.
With the increase of production, our jaw crusher can greatly reduce the operating
costs. And it is of reliability and flexibility. The large feed opening and force-feeding
action from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw mean
that our jaw crusher can increase the capacity. The jaw has a smaller discharge
setting, allowing for a higher degree of flexibility with relative equipment. Positive
setting adjustment is easy. The jaw crusher has features of simplicity, easy access
and low maintenance.

Application: It is widely applied for primary crushing of hard minerals. And it is widely

Operating Principle: The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When
the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be
crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable
jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring,
and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
