(Fig. 2). Since switch stops mechanically if handle is manual operated turned to “RESET” position(cireuit is normal),
cannot "TRIP" manually.
Inthiscase, "LR" contact sticks, "FC" contact is continually separated.
(Fig.3) When circuit is abnormal state, that is when "FC" contact sticks, if moment voltage is supplied to coil through
“LR' contact, handle becomes "TRIP" position automatically and "LR contact i separated.
Accordingly. because continuous voltage supply to coils not occurred overheating of coll is avoided.
Here f handle of switch Is tured to "RESET" position manually, since voltage Is supplied to col through "FC"
& "LR contacts, handle again returns to "TRIP" postion when hand released.
That is, unless contact "FC" is separated by abnormal state of external circuit, handle can't return to "RESET
position. If abnormal circuit is corected, contact "FC" is separated and returns to Fig.) state again.
