Introduction
➢ A School Management System is a solution tool meant
to collect, store, and manage all data created by a
School/college, including a student’s grades, attendance,
interpersonal activity records, and so on.”.
➢ This system stores information of students, Employees and
Teachers.
➢ Provision is given to update, search, save, view the data
according to the user’s requirement.
➢ The system is very user friendly and can be accessed with
ease.
➢ Xampp , netbeans like servers and platform are used to test
and create the required software.

MOTIVATION

In this world of growing technologies everything is


computerized.
With large number of work opportunities the Human work
force has increased.
Thus, there is a need of a system which can handle data of such
large number of employees in an organization.
This project simplifies task of maintaining record because of
its user-friendly nature.
CONCLUSION

The School Management System didn’t automate 100% of


their work ,but it is really a good start to computerize
everything and entire detail can be 100% computerized.
This system will help organizations develop their system and
help in managing their employees, students and teachers data.
The School management system is designed to save money,
time and power.
In an organization to simplify the process of record
maintenance it is very helpful .

FUTURE SCOPE

• This project can be modified in the future according to


the need of the organization.
• This project can be used not only as information system
but as the management system also by including some
more management features and modifications.
• This project can also be made to work online by
providing the internet features and hence can be
changed to work as online job portal.
