Puerto Rican statute provides that Puerto Rican birth certificates issued before

* If you do not own a vehicle, you will sign a statement affirming this.

Persons between the age of 18 through 24 must include: 1 of each
* Adult Driver Education Certificate
* Adult ITD(Impact Texas Driver) Certificate
