policies or applicable laws. This measure is taken to

and users of Coomeva's services.
20. Choice of law Daniel Zambrano The terms and conditions of the services offered by
Coomeva Cooperativa are governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of the country in which it
has its main headquarters, thus ensuring a clear and
consistent legal framework for all transactions and
activities carried out by the cooperative and its
associates.
21. Dispute Resolution Daniel Zambrano Any dispute or controversy arising out of or related to
the services provided by Coomeva Cooperativa will be
resolved through alternative dispute resolution means,
such as mediation or arbitration, with the aim of
achieving a fair and equitable solution for all parties
involved, encouraging the amicable resolution of
conflicts and preserving collaborative relations
between the cooperative and its associates.
