DESIGN CRITERIA FOR PHARMA PLANTS BY PROCONSTRUCT
, with its ample experience in the field of Pharma Plants has gained the knowledge about the key
aspects of the Project from Project Initiation stage till commissioning.
• Our Design stage, comprising Concept, Detailed and Construction stage of APIs,Formulations includes Cleanliness,
Hazard free, avoidance of cross contamination from Core process to non process areas i.e. implementation of
Current/Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP/GMP) without any congestion by implementing Change Rooms, Hand
Dryers, Eye Wash areas, Sanitizing Facilities, Localized drain points for Wet areas and design is planned in such a way
that there is no scope for harborage of Rodents, insects, etc.
• QC Labs are given the utmost importance while designing as the calibration should never affect which hampers the
product quality directly/indirectly.
• Pharma Plants are heavily Utility driven endeavors. Maintenance of air quality is defined from each process areas
(Main Process area/Non Process area), Cold Rooms, Raw Material Warehouse, Ambient Temperature Warehouses,
Warehouse with temperatures below 0 Degree Celsius, CIP Areas, Packing areas, QC Labs etc. for our clientele.
• As per the capacities defined for the process, in line with that our utilities like boiler/steam generation/Hot water
Generation, Refrigeration System including IBT, Chilled Water System, Cold Rooms/Clean Rooms, Treatment Plants, DM
Plants, Designated ETP & STP.
