4. What is Cognizable offence? Give one illustration.
5. Explain and distinguish between compoundable and non-compoundable offences.
6. Write note classification of different courts under Criminal Procedure Code,1973 .
7. What is the maximum sentence passed by CJM ?
8. Write note on Investigation, Inquiry and Trial .
9. How many kinds of magistrate has been provided for under Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 ?
10. Distinguish between Discharge and Acquittal.
