Subsequent to such abolition, the workload in respect of the electrical and PH works in the entire RW Organization was being managed by only one Electrical Division and one PH Division stationed at Bhubaneswar. However, owing to assignment of new Building works entrusted by other Departments, the workload in respect of Electrical and PH wing has increased manifold for which it is felt necessary to strengthen these wings again. Now, after careful consideration, Government have been pleased to revive the following offices of Electrical and PH wing by way of creation of required number of engineering posts. 1. Rural Works PH Circle, Bhubaneswar, 2. Rural Works Electrical Circle, Bhubaneswar, 3. Rural Works Electrical Division, Berhampur & 4. Rural Works Electrical Division, Sambalpur. After such revival, the structure of the Electrical & PH wing of Rural Works: Organization shall be as in Annexure-A & B. ‘The Rural Works Circle (Civil), Bhubaneswar ceases to be the Nodal Circle in respect of Electrical and PH wings of RW Organization. Sanetion Order in respect of creation of the engineering posts in these offices is being issued separately.
