Track's cutting and installation
Cutting
track
Standard length of track：2.1m*2, over-length
track can be customized.
length of track ：L
Cut the track at the this length L=W=10mm，
inside doorpost dimensions is W.

Installation
The track is installed at the height of DH+23mm from the ground
（based on the bottom of the track）.
（1）drill holes in aluminum track.
（2）Fix one end of aluminum track ，
check the level by gradienter，
the fix another end of track.
（3）Fix the track on to the wall
or steel structure firmly.
（4）Then check the level again，then
fix the aluminum track to steel
structure or wall firmly.
Caution：
1.the track must be level.
2.The height of movable door leaf is DH.
3.The clearance height over the track
should be more than 50mm.
4.Street should be fix inside to the wall
or steel structure，in order to avoid the

Installation Rear brake、stopper、tooth belt、
steel rope(Refer to the diagram)
1.fix all spare part onto the its position of door beam.
2.Put the stopper onto The door beam.
3.After all spare part fixed，fasten the screw.
Installation of drive device（ refer to double open diagram）
1.There is right and left Drive device （refer to diagram）.

2.Test the tightness of steel rope before installation of drive device, using
Cross screwdriver to loosen the screw，then using Slotted screwdriver
to adjust Turntable to the suitable position.

Installation of accessories
When using optional parts such as stopper or full open device
Insert the rail into the groove before cutting.
Refer to the description for the optional part.

Insert the height control plate according to the door width in Table 2.

Install the guide roller at the center of overlapped portion.

Fit the guide roller with the bottom portion of the door. Hang the sash rollers on the rail. Check that the door can easily be opened and closed.

(condition of the door being fully opened for right hand sliding)
Allow for the door to be fully opened or to be caught by stopper(optional part ).
Insert the rear side brake into the groove of the aluminum rail(Refer to the drawing on the right .)
Align the front side of the front hanger roller with the stamping position of the rear side brake center as shown in the drawing.
There are four holes for installing the brake on the door end,Select the two positions which are even from the side,align them,
and provide tap machining(M5pitch 0.8) for the installation face.
Tighten at the two positions using the pan head screw(M5x16) attached.

Install the hydraulic control on the front hanger roller by using the pan head screw(M5x16) attached.
Install it with the door more than half open.
(Avoid the locations of the control rack and rear side brake .)
Adjustment of speed
Turn the value to clockwise for slower.
Turn it anti-clockwise for faster.
Fast Slow
Installation of glass door
Adjust the needle valve of the hydraulic control using a flat-blade screwdriver.
Adjustment can be conducted at about 250 mm from the front where the door closes.
Adjust the needle valve so that the door closes with an appropriate speed from the fully opened position.
Open and close the door a few times to check control of speed.

Loosen screw of glass clamp and hanger ，put the slider into glass clamp

Fix the hanger directly with fix plate by screw
fasten it and make sure the wooden door leaf is well fixed
