TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Rates
Rates are non-commissionable valid from April 1st 2024 until March 31st 2025. All rates are quoted in IDR and inclusive of applicable
government tax, service charge with the following benefits:
• Complimentary welcome drinks & refreshing towels upon arrival
• Complimentary daily breakfast (maximum 2 persons per room)
• Complimentary use of Resort Swimming Pool
• Complimentary internet access (Restaurant Area)
2. Minimum Stay Requirements
For high season the hotel requires a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights stay or more, and should be over New Years Eve (Dec 31st).
Otherwise, in Regular season the hotel applies with minimum 1 nights stay.
3. Check in/out time
Check-in time: after 14:00
Check-out time: before 11:00
Late check-out after 14:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate.
Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 20:00
4. Terms of Payment
• All enquiries can only be held for 3 working days without a deposit guarantee before released upon booking confirmation
• Payment can be made only by cash and/or TT transfer both in US$ (Bank Note) or in Rupiah according to Seri Resort
bookkeeping rate.
• Final payment must be paid by cash or credit card the day the client checks into the resort
• For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash or credit card is
acceptable
• Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent/client
5. Booking Guarantee
Seri Resort must receive a deposit payment of the rental amount within 3 working days after confirmation of reservation has been
given, unless both parties have agreed separate arrangements
- Regular & Low Season one night deposit is required once the booking is confirmed and to be paid up to 45 days before
arrival to guarantee the booking, and the balance to be settled upon check in.
- High Season & Peak Season (Jul 1st – Aug 31st and Dec 20th – Jan 3rd) 50% (of the total reservation value) deposit is
required once the booking is confirmed to guarantee the booking, and the balance to be settled upon arrival.

6. Cancelation Policy:
Seri Resort Gili Meno must receive notice of cancellation in writing.
• No-show, shorten stay or early departure charged 100% (total value) from each room reservation.
• Deposit Payment is non-refundable.
• Seri Resort Gili Meno must receive notice of cancellation in writing 45 days before arrival for regular season and 65 days
before arrival for high and peak season period to avoid second night penalty charge.
With your acceptance of this contract rate agreement, we would appreciate if you could sign a copy and send it back to us as soon
as possible to ensure its validity.
Please note that if we don’t receive the signed copy within 14 (fourteen) working days, the contract agreement will be invalid.
