SOP FOR GODREJ BRAKE-TESTING

1)Power on control panel along with VFD panels and power pack.
2)Press CONTROL ON button on pendent.
3)Screen will display BRING VEHICLE FOR TESTING.
4)Bring vehicle on roller for testing.
5)Keep pedal force sensor on BRAKE-PEDAL.
6)Vehicle presence on roller is sensed by sensors andplc and vehicle support will be pulled
down.
7)Screen will show message SYSTEM READY FOR TEST.

Please select model number operator name and shift details on computer screen and enter

8)Screen will show message LIFT WEIGHT.


9) When lifted weight is RATED LIFTING CAPACITY+10% screen show WEIGHT OK
10)Screen will show message DRIVE VEHICLE UPTO 8 KMPh.
11)After vehicle reaches 8 kmph screen will show message APPLY BRAKE
12)Screen will show result OK/NOT OK.

If result NOT OK. press Repeat Test button on Pendant.


and sequence from 10-12 will be repeated again.

If result is OK press PARKING BRAKE TEST on pendant.( which is not there)

13)Screen will show message DRIVE VEHICLE UPTO 7 KMPh.


14)After vehicle reaches 7 kmph screen will show message APPLY PARKING BRAKE.
15)Screen will show result OK/NOT OK.

If result NOT OK. press Repeat Test button on Pendant


and sequence from 13-15 will be repeated again.

Test report will get saved automatically in database.
