Scrummy 1.

1. Introduction
Scrummy 1.0 is a software application that assists your team throughout all scrum project
management and will support sprint planning, backlog management, confluence pages.

Scrummy 1.0 can manage sprint deadlines, creating and assigning tasks (incl. Prioritizing and multi-
user assignability). The progress of the project is tracked in the backlog section. Further features of
Scrummy 1.0 includes time logs management, user friendly interface, data security and privacy

Currently, the software is only available in English with future plans to include multi-language
capability. The application operates on Windows, but support for a web application and other
platforms (incl. Linux and MacOS) will be extended in Scrummy 2.0.

2. Positioning
Poor planning and management between software engineers can cause budget overruns and time
related issues. Scrummy will provide a platform that will manage the process of the software project
efficiently, and excels in improving project organization, meeting deadlines, and achieving project
goals effectively.
This software will benefit software developers, scrum masters and product owners that are facing
challenges in orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, and achieving
optimal project outcomes.

3. Stakeholder Descriptions
The stakeholders that benefit from this software will be Administrators, Scrum Masters, Software
Developers , Database Engineers, and Product Owners

4. User Environment
The target users that work on a project take part in teams that can number between 4 members, for
smaller projects, and ideally 7 or 8 members for large enterprise projects. Tasks can be easily divided
and completed after being assigned, with the completion time for each cycle changing depending on
the activity that is being worked on. An advantage of the working environment is that it can be done
entirely remotely from any location.
