My title is Operations, because I wear a lot of different hats. I work in service building purchase receipts and creating transfers in
the two programs we use, lightspeed and Acumactica. OEM parts from different vendors, so inventory to picking, packing
shipping, inventory management, transfers product out, receiving, stocking, along with merchandising the store. Customer
service because I directly deal with customers picking up items from the building, so receiving and talking with drivers to
properly relay the message on how the company wants to off load equipment and vehicles that are delivered daily. I also take on
bigger projects given by the owners wishes to move product and displays around the store. I also take the role of picking orders
for ground and will calls to be shipped out. I also problem-solve orders in tracking down missing or misplaced items.

needed for the materials that I handle, and handling paperwork for the destruction companies.I also fix damaged locations, such
as pallets not properly places on the push racks causing the pallets to fall or break as well as fixing the push racks. Handling
specific specialized accounts with customers is something I do on a daily basis. Communicating with such customers and
ensuring the best quality of work goes into each account. I also would create spreadsheets for returns on excel and word creating
labels. Along with this I trained a group of people to work with me. I trained them in doing tasks in a group effort into getting
certain projects done within the building.
