锅炉保护定值、自动控制
一、主燃料跳闸
主燃料跳闸是指锅炉安全运行条件不满足,或炉内燃烧工况恶化,而发出相应指令快速
切断所有通往炉膛的燃料并引发必要的联锁动作,以保护锅炉本体及其他设备和人员的安全。
循环流化床的 MFT 不同于煤粉炉的 MFT,因为即使所有燃料切断,循环流化床内还存有大
量未燃尽的燃料,并随着物料的循环继续燃烧,对于循环流化床来说,MFT 并不等同于停炉。
The main fuel tripping means that the safe operation conditions of the boiler are not satisfied,
or the combustion conditions in the furnace deteriorate, and the corresponding instructions are
issued to quickly cut off all the fuel leading to the furnace and cause the necessary interlocking
action to protect the safety of the boiler body and other equipment and personnel. The MFT of
circulating fluidized bed is different from the MFT, of pulverized coal furnace because even if all
the fuel is cut off, there are still a lot of unburned fuel in circulating fluidized bed, and as the
material continues to burn, MFT is not equivalent to shutdown for circulating fluidized bed.
1、MFT 触发条件:
1、MFT trigger condition:
1 一次风量低于临界流化风量 (<8 万 Nm3/h),延时 15s
1 The primary air volume is lower than the critical fluidization air volume (< 80000 Nm3/h),
and the delay is 15 s.
2 负荷大于 30%时汽机跳闸或负荷小于 30%时汽机跳闸且旁路未打开

3 上层平均床温大于 700℃将被置位,当床温小于 550℃,且未投油,延时 10s,触发

3、MFT 跳闸首出原因

MFT 信号发生后,由 MFT 首出逻辑记忆首出原因,并在操作员站画面上显示出来,以便
运行人员快速判断故障原因。

on the operator station screen, so that the operator can quickly judge the cause of the fault.
4、复位 MFT 状态

1 允许热态启动【操作员可手动复位】(热态启动是循环流化床特有的一种再启动方
式,在 MFT 发生后,由于床料中可能存有大量未燃尽的燃料,此时如果床温达到点火温度
550℃取下层平均温度,且床料流化正常,就允许直接复位 MFT)
1 Allow hot start [operator can reset manually] (hot start is a unique restarting mode in
circulating fluidized bed. After the occurrence of MFT, because there may be a large amount of

允许热态启动是指在发生 MFT 后,如果炉内工况允许直接投入燃料,就可以跳过炉膛吹

Allowable hot start means that after occurrence of MFT, if the fuel is allowed to be directly put
into the working condition in the furnace, the furnace purging can be directly reset.
具体需以下条件都满足:

3 燃料切除(给煤机全部停运,所有油角阀全关)

锅炉跳闸是指锅炉的安全运行条件不满足,需要立即停炉。对于循环流化床,MFT 切断
燃料后并不一定停止锅炉内的燃烧工况,大量未燃尽的燃料会随着物料循环持续燃烧,只有
跳闸一次风机和二次风机,停止床料流化,同时切断所有燃料才能最大程度降低燃烧率。
Boiler tripping means that the safe operation conditions of the boiler are not satisfied and need
to be shut down immediately. For circulating fluidized bed, MFT does not necessarily stop the
combustion condition in the boiler after cutting off the fuel, a large number of unburned fuel will

当炉膛吹扫允许条件全部满足后,运行人员按下“启动吹扫按钮”,吹扫程序启动并进
行 300 秒的吹扫计时。在这 300 秒期间,吹扫条件一直满足并在 300 秒后,炉膛吹扫完成。
在这 300 秒期间,如果任意吹扫条件不满足,则吹扫中断。当吹扫条件重新全部满足后,手
动再次重新启动上述吹扫过程。
When all the allowable conditions of furnace purging are met, the operator presses the "start
purging button", the purging program starts and the purging time is carried out for 300 seconds.
During this 300 seconds, the purging condition is always met and after 300 seconds, the furnace
blowing is completed. During this 300 second period, if the arbitrary purging condition is not met,
the purging interrupt. When the purging conditions are fully satisfied, manually restart the above
purging process again
