Scene 1
Hook: You surely know the story of the lost boy who never grew up, and you've
believed all his lies. But what you don't know is that some of us do have to grow up.
I'll tell you the truth, my truth. Once upon a time, there was a pirate whose dream,
like everyone else's, was to find treasures, wealth, and become powerful. So, I made
the decision to embark with my crew in search of more. But something unfortunate
happened. Everything seemed calm until a wave swept us to a place never seen
before. It was a magical island. At first, everything seemed perfect, piles of food
everywhere, plants never seen before, until we found signs of life, thousands of
children everywhere. It all seemed fun; they were innocent children, they even had a
leader, the beloved Peter Pan. But he wasn't as the stories paint him. Peter Pan was
selfish, he wanted to do everything his way, and he punished any child who wanted
to grow up. When he realized that we wanted to escape from there, he convinced
Tinkerbell to protect the island, and only she could allow entry and exit for anyone.
The only one he allowed to leave was Wendy, but Peter always wanted her back.

Since that moment, we haven't been able to leave the island, and every plan I have
with my crew ended up thwarted by that cursed spoiled brat.

(Peter spying through the window, looking for his shadow)

Peter: Look, Tink, I think it's there (looking at the window)
(Tinkerbell nods, and they both hide to avoid being seen)
(Everything focuses on Wendy taking care of her brothers while John and Michael
are pretending to fight)
Michael: Surrender, Hook, you'll never win! Back, back, villain!
John: Take that! I've killed you, you little insolent!
Michael: No, I'll kill you! (pretends to stab him)
(You can hear Wendy's parents' voices scolding her)
Dad: What happened to my shirt? Who painted it? Wendy!!!!!!
(Wendy stands at the edge of the stage, pretending that's where the door is)
Wendy: Dad, what happened to your shirt? My brothers really bang up
Mr. Darling: What happened is that your brothers just painted it because of you and
your silly stories like Peter Pan and Hook. From today on, you'll have a new room
separate from your brothers.
Wendy: But Dad, I don't want to leave.
Mr. Darling: I don't want to hear anything more; you have to grow up sooner or later,
period.
(Everyone gets ready to sleep)
Wendy: (pretending to leave the window slightly open) just in case Peter comes for
his shadow, come on guys let's hit the sack.
(Everyone goes to sleep)
(Peter and Tinkerbell enter the Darling's room)
Peter: Hurry up, find the shadow, Tink, it must be around here.
Tinkerbell: It's not here, i think we should call off the mision(keeps looking)
Peter: It must be around here, and don't make any noise (starts searching the whole
room)
Tinkerbell: I think it's here, help me open this door.(they open the door and the
shadow scape but Tinkerbell got pushed by the shadow)
(Wendy wakes up)
(Tinkerbell is locked out of the stage)
Wendy: Oh, Peter, it's you! (Excited) I knew you would come for your shadow. I tried
to keep it safe; I hope it didn't get wrinkled.
(Peter steps back without understanding) (Wendy keeps insisting)
Wendy: Peter, you can't just stick it back on; you have to sew it; it's the best way to
keep it with you. Sit down; I'll carry on with the work
(Peter is impressed by Wendy's mature behavior and way of speaking)
Peter: You talk too much (complaining) just sew it already.
Wendy: Well, I'm taking advantage since today is my last day as a child because
tomorrow, I'll have to grow up (sad)
Peter: Grow up (surprised), but growing up is boring and full of anger, like Hook. (He
quickly comes up with an idea, grabs Wendy, and tries to take her away) I won't
allow it; you'll be a child forever. If you come back to Neverland, you won't be a bitter
adult ever! Let's run away Wendy.
Wendy: But what will my mom say? She's the one who takes care of us, loves us,
and tells us stories.
Peter: Well, you'll turn into our new mom; you'll do all that.
Wendy: There are so many things to think about. What will happen to my brothers
and my family? But wow, Neverland. I’m walking on air
Peter: Come on, Wendy, hurry up there's no time; we have to go.
Wendy: Well, I'll go, but only if you give me a kiss (when she leans in, Tinkerbell
appears to keep her away)
Peter: Let her go.
(Wendy's brothers wake up)
Michael: Wow, you came!
Wendy: Why did you pull my hair? Please, Ease up!
John: Hi, I'm John (excited without losing his belief)
Peter: Tink, come here; we have to take them to Neverland so they never grow up.
Tinkerbell: You're not using me to get them into Neverland, come up with something
new because I'm not taking her to neverland.
Peter: I'm not asking you; I'm telling you. We need to take off right now.
Tinkerbell: Ugh, alright, Peter, but I know you'll regret it.
(Tink, still angry and complaining, sprinkles her fairy dust, and they manage to fly
and go to Neverland)

Scene 2
The stage shows the starry sky and the star of Neverland, with a magical island
landscape in the background. (Everyone is flying with the magical fairy dust)
Peter: (excitedly) Look, Wendy! There's the star of Neverland; do you remember it?
It's the brightest and most beautiful of all! (Points to the starry sky).
Wendy: (amazed) It's truly incredible, Peter. I didn't remember how beautiful it was!
Tinker bell: (imitating) Shiny, shiny!
Wendy: (taking Peter's hand determinedly) I'm ready to embark on this adventure.
Take us to Neverland, Peter.

Scene 3
(Hook and Smith enter)
Hook: Look Mr. Smith we have to figure a way off this island. Before the Boy tears us
all apart.
Smith: How sir? if the only way is to convince the fairy and you know he won't let her.
Hook: Evil Peter Pan, if I could just find out where he's hiding ...... That boy cut off
my hand!
Smith: But sir, he didn't cut off your hand, it was the crocodile!
Hook: Smith! Remember who threw me to that monster and only because we're
adults! Nooo, this is getting out of hand.
Background voice: Peter Pan ahoy!
Hook: Where?! Don't let him get away!
All hands to the cannons!
Smith: They don't work, Captain.
Hook: AAAAAAAAAAAA! That boy can't fly away.
Peter: You can't catch me, Hook.
Hook: Nooo we can't lose him nooo.
Scene 4
Hook: Come on Mr. Smith, we have to see where those kids are hiding, before they
run off again.
Smith: Sir, I don't want to meet Peter unnecessarily, what if he cuts off my hand?
Hook: That won't happen Mr. Smith (tired of his fear) remember why we're looking for
them.
Smith: But sir she does everything he says. I always tell her and she never listens.
Hook: Oh, that fairy has always had a thing for that boy, we have to do something to
make her betray him.
(An idea comes to him)
Hook: We have to make her jealous of Wendy and then she'll realize how selfish he
is.
Smith: What if he chooses Tinker?
Hook: Oh Smith if you only knew how selfish Peter is. Tell me, Mr. Smith, why do you
think he came back for Wendy?
Smith: Oh, but Mr. Peter won't let her do anything to him!
Hook: Oh Mr. Smith I really have to explain to you that a jealous person is capable of
anything. You'll see that Tinkerbell will be the reason we're leaving this island and
that kid can't do anything to stop it (evil laugh).

Scene 5
(Wendy and Peter go back to the hiding place with the lost children)
(Tinkerbell sees them)
Tinkerbell: hey wake up (hits a lost child because they wouldn't wake up)
tootles): ouch (gets up and hits the Boy next to him)
Curly: Hey what did I do to you?
Toohtles: You hit me
Curly: No
Toothles: Yes (hits him again)
( the boys start to fight )
Tinker: Heeeey, I've got orders from Peter Pan.
Curly: Hey, hold on. Wendy Tinkerbell brings orders from Peter pan. We need to find
out what she is trying to said
Tinkerbell: There's an evil bluebird coming, you have to shoot it down.
(The children come out and start throwing things towards Wendy)(tinkerbell is hiding
so they can't see her)
(Peter removes wendy so that the lost children don't keep throwing things at her)
(The lost children leave the scene)

Scene 6
Tinkerbell: Ash
Wendy: Oh Peter, you saved my life once again.
Tinkerbell: (mimics from far away)
Michael: Did they hurt you Wendy?
Wendy: no Miguel I'm fine, thanks to Peter I'm fine.
John: Wendy, what happened?
(The kids come in fighting over who hit Wendy)
Peter: kids I'm proud... (Wendy makes a face of not believing what she heard) you
have disappointed me like never before (nervous laughter), I brought Wendy again to
be your mom and you attack her like that old man we call Captain Hook.
Curly: omg, forgive us wendy
Toothles: (almost crying) Tinkerbell said he was an evil bird, i would never hurt
wendy and more so if she comes to stay forever.
Peter : what!??? Tinkerbell
(Tinkerbell was hiding again)
Peter: tinkerbell!!!
Tinkerbell: (comes out of hiding with a smile as if she had done nothing) what
happened Peter?
Peter: You are accused of high treason, how do you plead?
Tinkerbell: mmm, idk..... innocent
Peter: Tinkerbell, don't lie you know you could have hurt her.
Tinkerbell: yes and I don't care, I didn't want her to come and you can't do anything
to me, you need me.
Peter: Tinkerbell I banish you forever from this tribe, I’m putting you off.
Tinkerbell: it's not fair (angry) you're going to need me and you'll wish you had
chosen me instead of her, she’s a little baby it was just a joke that got out of hand
(Tink leaves the scene)
Wendy: No Peter, please not forever.
Peter: Well I'll apologize in a week, it always comes back.
Peter: Come on Wendy you wanted to see the mermaids again didn't you?
Curly: Oh no,we better get away, to hunt or go play.
Wendy: Yes, Peter! I would like to go back to the mermaids. Curly, I promise we'll
come back soon. Keep an eye on this 2 okey?

John: It will be an honor, I will do my best.

Let 's go!!!

Scene 7
(They go out together and meet a mermaid)
Mermaid: Hi Peter, who is she? (Sweeps Wendy with her eyes)
Peter: It's Wendy, remember her?
(Siren dunks her out of jealousy)
Mermaid: bring her with us to meet her, and tell us about your new adventures.
Peter: Did I tell you about the time I cut off Hook's hand?
Wendy: How?
Peter: I gave it to the crocodile.
(Mermaid tries to pull wendy into the water)
Wendy: Let go of me!
Peter: they're just trying to play, they won't do anything to you (unconcerned).
Wendy: Let go of me, let go of me.
Peter: Come on Wendy, this is being a kid forever, you have to play, don't be mean.
(Peter watches as they try to choke her)
Peter: Hey, enough, let her go ( grabs her and takes her away).
Wendy: I didn't remember them being like that, she was pissing me off (angry).
Peter: Wendy I was just playing, you'll get used to it. You're perfect for Neverland
Wendy: ( gets happy again) really?
Peter: Yeah, you'll see.
(Wendy is about to say something but at that moment she hears a sound)
Peter: It's Hook
Scene 8
John: I don't know where we are, do you know where we are? , we have to Jump on
the bandwagon kids
Lost Boys: we don't know
(Footsteps are heard in the background)
Michael: Hey, did you hear that?
John: not now Michael we are trying to find out where we are , I have to put up with
you (Michael is taken out of the circle)
Michael: aaaaaa Indians,Indians
John: Michael, call off, don't say those things you might offend someone.
(Indian sounds are heard)( the children raise their hands as if they are surrendering).

Scene 9
(Hook and Smith enter with Tigris as their prisoner, the crocodile chases them right
behind the boat without doing anything but watching)
Hook: I won't say it again, where is Peter Pan's hiding place?
Tigris: I can't give you that information, you know he controls the island. If he doesn't
want you to know where he's hiding, there must be a reason. So cut it out I’m not
helping
Smith: Sir, I already told you that we'd better look for other solutions, capturing the
princess won't solve anything.
Hook: Smith, in war you have to make difficult decisions, we haven't been able to
find a single way to get off this island and I don't want to continue being afraid of a
spoiled child, nor of his damned crocodile.
Tigris:You know if this is the only plan you’ll have to come up with something else
since this one sucks, Peter pan was right you’re a bitter old man
Hook: well everything you see is part of growing up, it can't all be playing, fooling
around and having fun. Some of us have to grow up
(Wendy says to Peter)
Wendy: Poor Tigris, you've got to do something, Peter!
Hook: Look Princess, I'm a man of my word, just give me a hint and I swear I'll
protect your tribe from the evil Peter Pan!
(Tigris says nothing)
(Peter says to Wendy)
Peter: Stay here, I'll go save her from the old man and clean up this mess, this will
be a piece of cake.
(A voice echoes)
Peter: careful Hook you don't want to lose an arm or a leg, let her go and you can
live another day here.
Hook: You spoiled kid, come here and fight.
Peter: Why Captain, if you release the princess and hand her over to me?
Hook: And why would I do that, you're the reason we're stuck here.
Peter: You came to this island not knowing that the price was that you would never
leave here again, now if you want the slightest hope of getting off this island you will
let her go, you need to face the music.
Smith: sir let her go, you know that after you face him it's hell getting food for a
month, we can't lose any more men.
Hook: If we don't fight those men will have died in vain, we have to fight for them,
remember Smith no pain no gain.
Smith: But sir she won't talk, let's go on with the initial plan.
(Hook turns to look at Tigris and realizes that he has no case.)
Hook: I'll let her go if you take the crocodile with you.
Peter: Done
(The crocodile leaves, Hook then leaves and Peter unties Tigris and they take her
away).

Scene 10
(Hook alone in his cabinet with Smith)
Hook: Smith do you know what day is it?
Smith: no captain
Hook: 3 years ago today we arrived at Neverland looking for treasure, not knowing
that it would be our biggest mistake.
Smith: Don't remind me Captain, just remembering it made me feel so helpless, I
never got to say goodbye to my family.
Hook: Oh Smith, the worst feeling. Helplessness( he says it in a sad tone as if giving
up). We must get off this island one way or another.
Smith: Captain I would like to see my family again and I would like to be the way they
remember me.
Hook: Smith when we get back that will be the first thing we will do, visit your family
at least I will see some happy faces instead of the sorrowful faces I will see in the
families of the fallen crewmen.
(Smith takes off his hat in respect)
Smith: They were good men
Hook: You know smith no more pity we must redo the plan to get off this island and
today I realized something. A certain fairy was no longer with that spoiled child.

Scene 11
(Peter takes Tigris to his village)( all the lost children with painted faces are released)
Wendy: what do they say john
(Peter Pan and the Indian chief speak in sign language)
John: I break the ice and they say "thank you for rescuing Tigris, you Peter very
brave".
Chief: friend peter pan
(pre-recorded background voice)
(Wendy standing at the edge of the stage)
Tigris : Your wife, don't have fun. More firewood
Wendy: I'm not a woman, I'm a girl. Are You pulling my leg?
Michael: Wendy, here, you babysit
Wendy: What?!
(Wendy leaves in a huff)(Peter sees her)

Scene 12
(Wendy leaving the camp)
Wendy: ash, woman take care of children, woman more firewood ( mimicking )
(Peter arrives)
Peter: Wendy, what happened? We're supposed to be having fun and you're taking
care of us. You're our mom, at least that's what you said a mom does.
Wendy: no peter a mommy gives love, protects us, reads us stories.
Peter: that's why you are our new mommy
Wendy: Peter I decided to come with you so I wouldn't grow up and be boring like
you make me out to be. But instead I came here to be the same, that's why I left,
everyone plays except me.
Peter: That's not true, a while ago with the mermaids you were supposed to have fun
but you got bitter, you need to go with the flow.
Wendy: They didn't want to play, they wanted to put me in the water.
Peter: play
Wendy: Is there anything you say or do that isn't playing?
Peter: fight against Hook and his pirates with their sticky fingers, who only want to do
evil to this island, ever since they arrived it seems as if the magic of never ever will
end, I am looking after the lost kids you know?
Wendy: I didn't know that, do you protect them all?
Peter: Yes, and I try to keep them from thinking about the bad things that Hook has
brought to the island, that's why we play all day long, it's part of being a kid, you
always have fun.
Wendy: Sorry Peter, I blew up with all those comments.If I can help with anything I
will do so. Come rain or come shine I will keep the magic of neverland forever.
Peter: As long as we stay kids forever, there will be magic.
(They leave happily) (on the other side of the stage was Tinkerbell but she was
inadvertently caught by Mr. Smith)

Scene 13
(Hook and Smith in his cabinet with Tinkerbell)
Hook: What were you doing alone in the jungle tinkerbell, did the brave peter pan
abandon you?(sarcasm)
Tinkerbell: What do you care?
Hook: Look Mr. Smith, even though he already replaced her, she still loves him, no
wait, you can't replace something that never was.
Tinkerbell: You don't know what you're saying, he'll come after me and you'll never
get out of here. You wont be stealing the treasures that conform my home
Smith: We didn't steal anything (interrupted by Hook).
Hook: poor, poor, poor Tinkerbell he doesn't love you, he doesn't appreciate you and
yet you keep defending him and believing his lies.
Tinkerbell: I don't follow anyone, Peter and I are a team. If that was everything you
came for you can start getting away from me.
Hook: Yeah, of course you still believe that. Look tinkerbell when you grow up you
realize that children are selfish and spoiled like Peter pan....., Tell me if I loved you I
would have come back for Wendy, if you tell me where Peter is I will take Wendy
again but now for good,
Smith: please make this easier for both you and us. Where is peter pan?
Tinker: I won't tell you anything, I'll show you, pass me a map.
Hook: You heard her, smith, go get a map.
(While smith goes to get a map Hook takes out something to point at)
Tinkerbell: you enter the jungle and go 120 steps south, then turn around and walk
straight ahead until you see a tree with a sign on it, here (points to where) hold on
give me your Word you are only chasing Wendy and get brother but you are not
gonna even touch a single hair from peter pan(threatening him).
Hook: I'm a man of my word, as long as he doesn't know my plans I won't do
anything. (Whispers in Smith’s ear) We need to move at a snail’s pace for this to
work.

Scene 14
( Wendy and her siblings enter)
Wendy: it's time to hit the sack children. it's been a long day.
Michael: Thank you Wendy, good night.
John: good night Wendy
(Wendy looked sad)
Wendy: good night. I hope Mommy has a good night too.
(A sound is heard)
( Hook and Smith enter and capture Wendy and her brothers )
Scene 15
Hook: How much longer, Mr. Smith?
Smith: to surprise Peter Pan?
Wendy: you won't win, you should get over those stupid plans, Peter Pan never fails,
he will rescue us and prevent you from stealing anything from this island.
Hook: my girl if I wanted to steal something this ship would be full but right now what
matters is not to lose any more men, your boyfriend lied to you all this time. He's the
bad guy and I'm just a victim of his selfishness.
Wendy: I don't believe you at all
Hook: You don't? Well you see, I'll be the one to take you back to your family before
it's too late and you never come back, we just need Peter to blow up!
Wendy: No Peter (sad)
(Tinkerbell manages to escape)

Scene 16
(Peter sitting with a gift he thinks is from Wendy)
(Tinkerbell comes running in)
Tinkerbell: Let it go
Peter: Hey leave it Tinkerbell, Wendy gave it to me, it's mine, I'm not lending it to
you. The gift is not going to blow up.
Tinkerbell: It's not Wendy's gift, Hook sent it to you, it's a bomb!
Peter: What? I don't believe you, you need to get along with her.
(The bomb is about to explode and Tinkerbell manages to take the gift away from
him and it explodes)
Hook: Such a pity, so young and so naive.
(They take off their hats as a form of respect but as a mockery)
(Returning to peter and tinkerbell)
Peter: tinkerbell where are you, hey where are you tinkerbell ( worried)
Scene 17
Hook: Well since because of you my only way off this island is gone someone has to
learn that every action has consequences and every magic has a price, so you (
points to Wendy) will jump overboard.
John: No, over my dead body you'll hurt my sister.
Hook: Easy everyone will jump, ladies first.
(Wendy gives a bear to the front and walks overboard)
Wendy: please peter please show up
(When Peter jumps, he carries her and Hook realizes that Wendy didn't fall)
Hook: Why didn't she splash in the water?
Smith: I don't know Captain, I'm sure it did.
Hook: Yes, I saw her jump! But since you didn't hear the sound of the water
(Hook turns around and sees Peter Pan)
Peter: What's the matter Captain, it looks like he's seeing a ghost!
Hook: How?
Peter: you should know by now Captain Peter Pan never misses, now pick up your
sword and fight!
(A fight breaks out)
(While they fight Wendy and Tinkerbell free the lost children)
(After a while of fighting)
Peter: You are losing your touch hook.
Hook: What fun to play if you cheat, Peter.
Peter: You're calling me a cheater, Captain.
Hook: A duel, no flying!
Wendy yells: Peter's not worth it!
Peter: I accept and I give you my word
(They begin to fight)
(Hook beats Peter and when Peter is on the ground Tinkerbell helps him)
(Peter beats Hook and wins the fight)
Peter: Well, my captain, let's see if my friend would like one of your arms.
Wendy: Peter, no!
Peter: What!? Now you're defending him
Wendy: no, of course not, but you can't give it to the crocodile!
Peter: But
Wendy: no, Peter.
John: Peter is it true that pirates only came here by accident?
Smith: not by accident but we are not bad we are just pirates with one wish, to go
back to our land, to our lives and our families.
Michael: with their moms
Smith: with our families
Michael: Wendy, I miss mom
Peter: But Wendy is your new mommy she will take care of you and do everything a
mommy does.
Wendy: peter...... I miss my life too, because seeing how pirates live I realized that
we need to go back and face the music.
John: but Wendy you will grow up and they will move you to another room
Wendy: I know but I don't see what's wrong with it anymore.
Peter: You want to be bitter?
Smith: Adults aren't bitter, we're just complicated because we want to keep having
fun but when we do other adults judge you for not looking your age.
John: I want to go home, but only if you come back Wendy.
Michael: me too
Tinkerbell: if you all want to go I'll help you get back and you Hook I'll help you get
back to your family.
Hook: would you do that?
Peter: no?!
Tinkerbell: Peter, Hook is right, they haven't done anything wrong, I think we should
let them go! Don’t make matters worse.
Peter: Mmmm, All right…
