Table-top type workstation

Horizontally magnetic particle benches MINIMAG series are intended for non-destructive
testing of ferromagnetic steels and irons by magnetic particle method. The equipments are
designed for connecting of current generators MAGMAN series, type A (AC current) or H (HW
current). Table-top design of workstation and portable current generator allows easy transport.
Possibilities of the MINIMAG:
• Circulary (current) magnetization by direct flow through part or by auxiliary conductor
• Longitudinally (lengthwise) magnetization by coil
Basic description:
• Design table-top or stationary with the rack for generator
• Clamping length from 50 up to 520 mm
• Maximum load 50 kg (25 kg on one brace)
• Dimensions 1000 x 700 x 550 mm, weight 85 kg
• CuSn wire-netting exchangeable contacts for circulary magnetization
• Current generator MAGMAN 1500 A
• AC circulary magnetization max. 1100 A
• Movable coil 4 turns of 95 mm2 cable, diameter 250 mm
• Intensity of magnetic field at centre of the coil H = 7,4 kA/m at 600 A (2,4 kAT)
• Manually switching between circulary and coil magnetization by switch-over of connector
• Feeding 1+N+PE 230 V – 50 Hz, power consumption 3,4 kVA
Option, accessories:
• UV lamps, UV meters, Luxmeters, Gauss-Tesla meters, gauges, ASTM centrifuge tube
• SPRINKMAN - the stainless tanks on 15 litres or 40 litres of suspension, hand hose, pump
