INTRODUCTION
The internship is an integral platform for anyone to gain experience in an actual workplace. It
was a good opportunity for students to learn, to gain experience and also to make preparation.
I encountered many difficulties in the workplace, but with the practical experience acquired
through the internship, supported me to solve them and cope up with them. By undergoing
internship in the actual work place it helps to know and discover myself from different angle.
It helps me to control and develop my attitude and behaviour in dealing with different kind of
people and situations. Organization is working as a Chartered Accountants firm under the
rules and regulations and code of ethics designed for CA firms by ICAI (The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India).
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI or the Institute) was established as
statutory body on July 1, 1961 under Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961 to regulate the
profession of accountancy in the country.
ICAI is governed by the Council which consists of nineteen members. Fifteen members are
elected from amongst the members for a period of four years. The remaining four of the
Council members are nominated by the Government of India.
I have got an opportunity to undergo an internship with N.D RAJAGOPAL &CO, for a
duration of 31 days from 11th May 2023 to 12th June 2023. I gained a piece of practical
knowledge about how to interact with people and get things done for the task assigned. This
report outlines the tasks and responsibilities I undertook, the skills I developed, and the
insights I gained throughout my time at the organization. This report aims to provide a
holistic view of my internship experience and its impact on my personal and professional
develop.
ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE
Accountancy firm rendering comprehensive professional services which include
audit, management consultancy, tax consultancy, accounting services, manpower
management, secretarial services etc.
N.D RAJAGOPAL & CO is a professionally managed firm. The team consists of
distinguished chartered accountants, corporate financial advisors and tax consultants. The
firm represents a combination of specialized skills, which are geared to offers sound financial
advice and personalized proactive services. Those associated with the firm have regular
interaction with industry and other professionals which enables the firm to keep pace with
contemporary developments and to meet the needs of its clients.

insurance, is fundamental.
Insurance Software: I have learned the software which helps me do insurance policies with
computer skills and it helps me to do the work easily
Communication Skills: It helps me to improve my communication skills. Effective communication
with clients, colleagues, and supervisors is a soft skill you likely improved.
Teamwork: Teamwork is one of the important way to do work in correct manner which I was
learned from there Collaborating with coworkers and teams is a valuable skill in any workplace.
Customer Engagement: Testing various ways to engage and interact with customers, like
personalized marketing campaigns, mobile apps, or gamification to encourage safer behaviors.
