The school is very fortunate to have very supportive parents, community leaders and other stakeholders
that are always ready to support the school in each programs and activities.

We were able seek help form our Local LGUs, Brgy Officials, NGOs, other stakeholders.

School Governing Council (SGC)

10. What is the main goal of SMEA? The main goal of smea is to provide objective information
that can inform decision-making for continuously improving Organizational Performance for
efficient and effective fulfillment of the school mandate, and Delivery of education services to
achieve the desired output and sustainability of Education outcomes.

11. What is the difference between SMEA and SMEPA?

The SMEA is a tool that contains all the data requirements relative to the school implementation
of mandated processes and school-based initiated interventions for continuous improvement.
This serves as the data collection tool to the quarterly progress monitoring and evaluation and a
facility to establish school data bank.

What platforms did your school apply in their learning modality delivery ? Which one is most
effective? Least effective? What are your interventions? The different platforms that we used are
RBI, Modular, LAS and Online Class….

The least effective is rbi….. As an intervention we implemented the Project FB,, where in all
grade levels from kinder to grade 6 have their own facebook page where we launch our online
class.

What is/are the significance use(s) of your school performance indicators ?

Performance indicators are an important, quantifiable measure of performance so that we can


track progress towards our goals ...

So far , What SLAC topics did you take up ? How often is your SLAC ? Can you give me some
of your teachers' agreement on their SLAC? We had different SLACS such as RBI, Video
Lesson, Script writing and so on, We conduct out SLAC Monthly..Some of our agreements are
we will fully engage ourselves to be equipped with the latest trends and innovations.

What problems did teachers encounter among the learners in the new normal instruction ? How
did you handle ? One of the problems that we encountered is during the implementation of our
RBI, we found out that after 3 kilometers the signal is already weak.. that is why we came up
with Project FB.

Can I have the lists of your SLMs, Instructional Materials, Video Clips used, teacher-made LASs
per learning areas of your school ? …….

How about Researches , how many are completed ? proposed ? What were the findings and
recommendation in these researches ? How many of your teachers applied the findings and
recommendations ? What was the results after applications of the findings ?

Unfortunately None of the teachers had a research but most of us have our innovations,
but this school year we planned to do and submit out researchers as part of equipping ourselves
to be globally prepared in the new normal.
What were the trainings your school conducted ? How many trainings so far ? How about proofs
of your teachers' attendance / participation in district , division, regional , national, international
webinars, conferences, trainings etc ?

We had different trainings such as slac, inset, gad we had already 12 trainings in school aside
from the webinars conducted by the division, and viva
