Restoration Process

The document discusses various image processing techniques for restoration including restoration process, invariant degradation, image degradation, inverse filtering, Wiener filtering, and estimation of degradation function. It also defines stereoscopic vision or 3D vision as the ability to perceive depth and 3D structures using visual information from both eyes through a process called stereopsis.

restoration process ::

restoration process is the systematic and structural series of activities are

steps aim to bringing something back to its original or desired stage

Invariant degradation::

invariant degradation in image processing refers to certain types of image

distortion or corruption that do not change image is subjected to various
transformation or operations

Image degradation::

image degradation refers to process by which quality of image reduced or

impaired ,it also often resulting in loss of visuals.

Inverse Filtering and Wiener Filtering::

Inverse and wiener are distrinct techniques are used in image and signal processing

Inverse Filtering::

It is the technique used in signal processing and image processing to recover the
original signal or image

Estimation of degradation function::

degradation function often refers to pfs(point spread function) ,it is used for
image restoration and reconvolutional process.

unit 4::

#d vision is also known as stereoscopic vision is the ability of animals and humans
to perceive depth and 3d structures from visual information received by both eyes
this process ia slo called as stereopsis
