Project Charter:
A project charter is a document issued by the project manager that authorizes the existence of a project
and gives the project manager authority.
Project Details:
________________________This capstone project is a way to demonstrate everything
we have learned in HS II, and it helps us get ready for our future as we research our
desired career and demonstrate our findings. _____________________________
Business Need/Project Objectives:
The project objectives are the business goals that you want the project to accomplish.
 To successfully complete all the project activities by the due dates posted on Canvas:
     - Presentation
     - Portfolio
     - Career research activities
     - Career paper
     - Project charter
     - Project tracker
Project Requirements:
Requirements are capabilities that are required to be present in the product, service or result that project
is supposed to produce, in order to satisfy a formal agreement.
     -   All 6 items of the Capstone project must be completed and turned in on/before the due
         date posted on Canvas.
     -   A workable Google Slides or PowerPoint for presentation.
     -   A workable Canva page with all required components of the portfolio.
     -   A completed “Career Research Activities” document with all the required components.
     -   A 4-5 page career paper, in MLA format, with all required components.
Product Description/Deliverables:
Deliverables-The quantifiable goods or services that must be provided upon the completion of a project.
Deliverables can be tangible or intangible in nature.
     -   A workable Canva link with all the portfolio components is provided by the due date.
     -   A workable Google Slides or PowerPoint with all the components of the presentation is
         provided by the due date.
     -   A completed “Career Research Activities” document is provided by the due date.
     -   A 4-5 page career paper, in MLA format, is provided by the due date.

High-Level Risks:
Risk-An uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has an effect on at least one project
objective.
 Failing to complete/turn in an item of the Capstone project on time due to an external factor
 could result in a deduction of points and a setback in the project time management plan.
 These external factors may include:
     - Getting sick/hurt
     - Not having access to Wi-Fi
     - Procrastination

Acceptance Criteria:
Condition for product or project to be accepted.
     -   Everything must be turned in on time.
     -   All items must have all the required components listed on the assignment page.
     -   Each item should follow the rubric.
     -   Mr. Tah must receive the Google Docs/Google Slides link for each item.
     -   A workable Canva link for the portfolio must be provided.
     -   A workable Google Slides or PowerPoint for the presentation must be provided.

estimating and planning the project.

Constraints:
Project constraints are the general limitations that you need to account for during the project life cycle.
(Cost, Risk, Benefits, Quality, Scope and Time).
 Time: All project items have due dates that must be followed. Time management is essential
 in order to complete everything in a timely manner.
