COORDINATOR OF SEBACA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

1. In the exigency of the service and on top of your present assignment as Teacher I of
Sebaca National High School, you are hereby designated as the School Boy Scouts
of the Philippines (BSP) Coordinator, effective immediately upon receipt of this
communication.

2. To this effect, the assignment and services you shall render are in addition to and
not considered part of your regular teaching load. Moreover, this does not entail
additional remuneration or related benefits.

3. As such, you will do the following:

a. Ensure 100% registration of boys scouts;


b. Promote BSP in the school;
c. Keep informed by checking the BSP’s latest instructions;
d. Consolidate BSP reports of the school;
e. Attend BSP training; and,
f. Other BSP-related works.
