Joining Instructions

A. IMPORTANT DATES ***

1. Term-I Registration: June 28 to 29, 2023


2. Induction Module : June 26 to 27, 2023
3. Classes begin : July 01 2023

*** These dates are tentative and will be reviewed and amended depending on
COVID-19 situation and guidelines/ advisories issued by the Central and State
Governments.

B. REQUISITE DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION: -

➢ Rs.3,45,000/- towards t he balance fee of Term-I has to be paid at the


time of Registration
Payment can be through demand draft or electronically as per the details
below:
• Demand Draft in favour of “Indian Institute of Management
Lucknow” payable at Lucknow (with name and CAT Registration No.
written on the back of the demand draft).

• Electronic Transaction details as follows:

ii. Filled-in Student Information Form.
iii. Print-out of CAT-2022 Score Card
iv. Original and Self Attested copy of following documents:
❖ 10th Marks Sheet & Certificate
❖ 12th Marks Sheet & Certificate
❖ Mark sheet & Certificate of Bachelor's Degree (All Semesters/Years) &
Final Examination Completion Certificate from Head of the Department
/Institute (if final Bachelor's Degree results are awaited, in the prescribed
format)
❖ Caste Certificate [in case of SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS]
(Candidates belongs to NC-OBC & EWS category must produce the valid
caste certificate in prescribed Central Govt. format)
❖ Certificate for persons with disabilities (PwD) in prescribed format
❖ Experience Certificate/ Relieving letter with the name of the Organization
Designation, nature of duties & responsibilities, total duration of employment
pay slips of first and last month (if working)
❖ Certificate of Medical Fitness by a registered medical practitioner, capturing
registration number with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council (in
the format attached).
❖ Investigation Lab. Report of HbsAg, HCV and HIV from Government Hospital.
❖ Urine examination report for Albumin, Sugar and Microscopic of a Govt. Hospital
❖ X-ray Chest if considered by a certifying doctor.
❖ Criminal Proceeding form
❖ Aadhar Card (Mandatory)

v. Notary Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.10/- for Anti-ragging undertaking for self and
parent separately as per 1 & 2 of Ragging Notification.

C. Important Information

a. HOW TO REACH IIML: You can reach the IIML campus directly from the
Railway Station /Airport by Taxi or Auto.

b. MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IN THE


CAMPUS (except for DA candidates)

c. Whom to contact on arrival: -


Students’ Affairs office: After reaching the Institute premises, you should
contact Students’ Affairs Office locate opp. Badminton Hall for Hostel allotment
(with passport size photo & original Offer Letter with a photocopy)

PGP Office: You should report to PGP Office, Bodhigrah -1 (First Floor) on
Friday, June 25 2023. You need to submit a passport size photograph and a
photocopy of the Offer letter for issuance of temporary Id-card by PGP Office

d. HOSTEL: Single seated Hostel facilities will be provided in the campus.
Each room is well furnished with internet connection, a fan, wall Almirah,
a cot, a pillow, a mattress, a study table and a chair. You are required to
bring your own linen and other articles of personal use. You can bring
your personal Computer/Laptop to facilitate the studies.

e. CLIMATE: Being located in the heart of the Gangetic plain, Lucknow is


subjected to extreme hot to cold weather conditions with moderate
rainfall. Accordingly, full complement of clothes and accessories
including winter clothing, rainwear and a mosquito-net is recommended.

f. MESS: The Institute provides infrastructural support and facilities to


the students for running their own mess on a cooperative basis. The
students shall bear the actual cost of meals.

g. BANK: State Bank of India with ATM facility, Central Bank of India,
extension branch of HDFC Bank and AXIS Bank with ATM facility is
operating in the Institute premises which can be used for financial
transactions.

h. EDUCATIONAL LOAN: Educational loans are available from banks such


as the State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank,
Punjab National Bank etc arrangements for availing and repayment of
loans will be based on the exclusive arrangement between the bank and
the student. The Institute will not be responsible for any kind of financial
or other obligations in connection with the loan.

NOTE:- At the time of registration you will be given a copy of the PGP Manual which
contains details about academic rules, regulations and procedures that you will have
to follow at the Institute during the Post Graduate Programme.
