Describing myself

Describing myself is harder than describing someone else because there are some areas in me

that I am not certain of such as characteristics, personalities and attitude. To describe myself, first of all,

my name is May Pyae Sone Win, a 20 years old girl turning 21 in this October 2023, from Myittha. For

my physical characteristics, I have a proportional body size. I have a fair skin complexion, sharp dark

brown eyes and a medium long length hair. My height is maximum for a girl 5 ft2 to be exact. I am a

university student who is an only child in a nuclear family. Being a single child, I love my parents and

take care of them. As an only child, there are advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage of

being an only child is that I got all of my parent attention. I don’t have to share things with brothers or

sisters. My parent really pampered me. I always get what I want. They never pull me back and always

inspire me.

So I grew up as a bright and sweet kid with my parent’s love and their care. I always have been

a funny and bright child and I am almost positive. I like being with my friends around me. I can make the

whole group to laugh nonstop. Sometimes it’s good, but sometimes it can be bad. I have trouble

knowing when to turn off my jokes. I am a kind of girl who talk without thinking. That’s a huge problem

for me. But when I get older, I refrain myself. Now that is not a big deal to me. I am a person who makes

mistakes but will always learn from it and will try not to do it again .I am also a talkative person. I like to

help my friends out by giving them advice with their problem and by having their back.

On the other hand, I am also very emotional person who cries when I feel broke, mad, sad and

even when I am just watching movies. I can easily express my feelings so that I will not hold it until I

explode. But I am trying myself not to get too emotional and don’t take things seriously. That is my self-

awareness. I have my favourite quote. That is “if you don’t like yourself then create a new version of
you.” I have goals in life to accomplish which is to honor my parent by graduating on time and to

become successful woman. I don’t want to relay on other and would like to become independent. I’d

like to help my family and my country .And I want to become a role model for my next generation.

This is what I see to myself. I am also a human being, I can have flaws and imperfection. But I am

trying my best to become a better me.
