The Most Dangerous Game

Rainsford falls overboard while traveling by ship in the Caribbean and swims to a nearby island owned by General Zaroff. General Zaroff uses the island to hunt humans for sport. He informs Rainsford that he must participate in the dangerous game in order to leave the island alive. Throughout the hunt, Rainsford outsmarts General Zaroff. In the climax, Rainsford jumps off a cliff and General Zaroff believes he died. However, Rainsford survives and confronts General Zaroff, ultimately killing him to end the dangerous game.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Story begins with hunters traveling by ship to
the Amazon ,while in the Caribbean they
passed an island .The island was feared by
the sailors. A loud sound, the sound of a gun,
was heard. Rainsford fell overboard into the Conflict
water.
Rainsford gets stranded on Ship-Trap Island .The
owner of the island ,General Zaroff has made a
game hunting humans. General Zaroff has told
Rainsford that in order to leave the island he must
play and survive.
Rising Action
Rainford falls overboard and reaches an island that
is private .Where its owner hunts people.
Rainsford will be next to be hunted by General Zaroff
They begin the hunt,Rainsford is wise in his ways.
General Zaroff is having fun, much back and fort Climax
between the two
Rainford killed Ivan Rainford jumps off a cliff and general
Zaroff believes there is no way he
survived the jump.
Falling Acttion
General Zaroff goes home disappointed his hunt
didn't end as expected and his best man was killed.
After dinner General Zaroff goes to his room where
he finds Rainsford waiting for him
The men bet on their lives who will survive.
General Zaroff and Rainsford fight
Resolution
Rainsford killed General Zaroff and got to
sleep in a great bed.
