TWINKLER INVESTITURE

Setting: A large hall decorated with stars hung all over the place.

A large star covered with tin foils is set in front of the hall. At
the center of the star is a mirror, big enough for the twinkle to see
her own face. Before the Ceremony, the star is covered with a piece
of cloth which will be removed at a certain part of the ceremony.

Beside the star is a huge trefoil representing the GSP movement.


Play some lively music to start the ceremony as the new Twinklers skip
gaily into the hall searching for something.
GUIDING STAR : (meet the new twinklers) hello ! mga higala kong gagmay.
Pwede ba mahibal – an nganong naa mo karon dinhi?

TWINKLERS : Gusto namo makita si Magic Star , og mangutana kung


Pwede ba me mahimong twinklers.

GUIDING STAR: Kay gusto man ninyo mahimong twinklers


Dali uban mo kanako, mangadto ta kay Magic Star.

( Maglukso – lukso si Guiding Star og mga twinklers padulong kay Shining


Star)

GUIDING STAR : Magic star , ania karon uban kanako ang mga kinder
gikan sa (pangalan sa eskwelahan) og gusto nila
mahimong mga twinklers.

SHINING STAR: Welcome ! mga kinder sa (School’s name ) Mao kini ang
Lugar sa Magic Stars. Pero gusto nako mahibal an
nganong gusto ninyo mahimong TWINKLERS.

TWINKLERS: - Gusto nako malipay


- Gusto nako mag palipay sa ubang tao.

SHINING STAR: Mga bata tan awa karon ninyo si Magic Star para
Mahimo kamong mga twinklers

TWINKLERS: - Gusto nako maging buotan!


- Gusto nako malipay
- Gusto nako maging buotan.
- Gusto nako etc.

SHINING STAR : Karon tindog mo atubangan sa MAGIC STAR para


makita ninyo inyong kaugalingon na usa na ka mga
Twinklers.

( Tanggalon ang tabon sa salamin og usa – usa mo duol ang mga twinklers og
mo singgit nga

TWINKLERS: Yehey!!!! Twinklers nako!

SHINING STAR: Gitubag na mo ni Magic Star . Pwede mo mahimong


Twinklers. Ang TWINKLERS mao kini ang mga gagmay
na girl scout, nga pirme malipayon, naga hatag og kalipay
sa ubang tao, og naga buhat sa mga maayong buhat.
Og karon pwede ba maminaw sa inyohang Twinkler
Promise.

TWINKLERS: I LOVE GOD MY COUNTRY AND PEOPLE


AROUND ME.

Guiding Star: (or any investing officer) Executes the Girl Scout sign after
the girl has recited her Promise and pins the World Badge and the twinkle
pin on her uniform.

TWINKLERS: “HAPPY LITTLE TWINKLER” (sing altogether with


appropriate action)

I’m happy little twinkle


Marching on for you and me
Jolly cheerful twinkle
For my heart is full of glee
I love God and country and
All those around me

I’m a happy jolly little twinkle


Marching on for GSP

(The song maybe sung again as Twinklers exit with light skipping steps.)
