一、简介 Brief introduction

1、概述 Summary
PD866E□(HKE□)系列多功能电力仪表是一种具有可编程测量、显示、数字通讯和多种功能于一体的电力仪

表。是针对电力系统、工矿企业、公共设施、智能大厦的电力监控而设计的多功能网络电力仪表。它能测

量所有的常用电参数,如三相电流、电压,有功、无功功率,频率,功率因数,电度等。由于该电力仪表还具备

完善的通信联网功能,所以我们称之为多功能网络电力仪表。它非常适合于实时电力监控系统。

PD866E□(HKE□)series multifunctional power meter is an electric meter with programable

measurement, display, digital communication and multiple function. It a multifunctional network

power meter designed for the power monitoring of the power systems, industrial and mining

enterprises, public facilities, and smart buildings. It can measure all common electric

parameters, such as three-phase current, voltage, active and reactive power, frequency, power

factor, kilowatt-hour etc. we call it a multi-function network power meter because power meter

also has perfect communication network function. It is very suitable for real-time power

monitoring systems.

的自动化通信系统,使用低成本的屏蔽双绞线配线即可构造一可靠的通讯网络。不管是在微弱之照明下,

PD866E□(HKE□) multifunctional power meters uses asynchronous half duplex RS485 communication

interface and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol to meet your automation communication system.

Using low cost shield twisted pair wiring to construct a reliable communication network. High

brightness LED display will provide you with clear data display whatever under weak lighting

or completely dark.

对于 PD866E□(HKE□)多功能电力仪表的使用者来说,可以轻易地在短时间内学会本机四键式操作法,该表

提供多窗口式显示功能,可让使用者同时读取多项电力参数。

For users of the PD866E□(HKE□) multifunctional power meter, it is easy to learn the four-button

operation method of the meter in a short time. This meter provides multi-window display function,

the use can read the many power parameters at the same time.

PD866E□(HKE□)系列三相多功能表可与互感器、电量变送器等配套使用，对电网中的电流、电压进行测

量，采用数字方式显示，具有精度高，隔离性强，性能稳定,抗振动等优点，可直接代替原有指针式仪表，

引用标准：GB/T 17215.322-2008《交流电测量设备 特殊要求 第 22 部分：静止式有功电能表(0.2S 级和

0.5S 级)》
PD866E□(HKE□)Series Three-phase Multifunctional Electrical meter can be used with instrument
transformer and power transmitter etc. to measure the current and power of the power grid. This
series of the meter has high measurement accuracy, strong isolation, stability and
vibration-resistance and can replace the existing analog measuring instruments in accordance with
GB/T 17215.322-2008 <Electricity metering equipment (a. c.)-particular requirement-part 22:
Static meters for active power (classes 0.2S and 0.5S).

六、编程设置 Programming setting

仪表共设：SET、←、↑、 四个按键。
meter Key: SET、 ←、 ↑、 .
SET 键 Key 用于进入菜单和退出菜单；

对于 LCD 的多功能表，增加了测量谐波功能，同时按住 ◀、▲ 2 个按键，进入显示谐波状态，然后按▲

按键， 切换显示电压 2～31 次谐波，按 ◀ 按键， 切换显示电流 2～31 次谐波，

按 键，退出显示谐波状态；

For Multifunctional Meter with LCD display, it added measurement harmonic function, simultaneously

press ◀ and ▲ to display harmonic measurement , and then press the ▲ key to the display 2-31

“THD”表示各相电压（或电流）总畸变率，

用户设置完后，可以通过 键循环检查所有设置参数。
You can check all of the parameters in sequence through the key, finally setting the product.
用户如只需要其中的某项参数，只要在此参数设置完并按 键保存后，可按 SET 键直接退出。
If user simply sets one of the parameters, only setting on this one parameter, then press the
to save, then press the SET key to exit.

3、设置开关量输出（继电器报警）的参数（仅针对 2 次值）To set the parameter (relay alarm) of the

digital output (for secondary value)

“do1-Hi-P”设置第一路继电器报警上限数值的小数 "do1-rE" is hysteresis value for the first relay

"do1-Hi-P" : to set decimal place of the alarm confirm
upper limit value of the 1st relay, Press the key Example: 0.5, input 0005 and move its decimal
to confirm point to 000.5

七、关于用按键切换显示 About switching display with buttons

左方向键：切换显示电流、电压等参数；

回车键：切换显示 4 象限电能等参数；

对于 LCD 的多功能表，增加了测量谐波功能，同时按住 ◀ 、▲ 2 个按键，进入显示谐波

谐波，按 键，退出显示谐波状态；

产品保修说明
Product Warranty Instructions
产品合格证是仪表在使用中出现故障，需要维修服务所必备的，届时与购凭证同时出示有效。
Product certification is required along with purchase voucher in case of failure or need
to repair.
1. 当本公司产品在使用中出现故障，尽快与我公司客户服务中心联系、咨询，以免延误您的使用和维修
期限。
Should the company`s product broke down during operation, contact our customer service center
as soon as possible in order to avoid delay in use and maintenance.
2. HOKO 产品为用户提供自购机之日起两年以内的保修服务。在保修内发生故障，经本公司专业人员确
认其故障非使用者原因所致，本公司给予免费修理及保养服务。
HOKO products provide customers with a warranty service for two years from the date of
purchase. In case of failure, the company`s professionals will confirm that the failure in
not caused by user error and will provide free repair and maintenance service in that case.
3. 超过保修年限的，维修时收取维修费。（修理费+元器件费）
Exceeding the warranty period, charge maintenance. (repair cost+ the cost of the component)
4. 即使在保修期内，如有下述情况，收取元器件费：
Under the following circumstances, we will charge the cost of the component; even within
the warranty period.
A、 因用户使用不当或意外事件而导致损坏的元器件及烧毁线路板；
Improper use by user or unexpected event, resulting in damage to components and burned
circuit boards.
B、 非 HOKO 特约专业人员同意开机、检查、改装等；
Non-HOKO freelance professionals perform turn on, checks, modification etc.
C、 未遵照说明书规定操作而引发的故障；
Failure to comply with the manual provided.
5. 已停止生产 5 年以上的产品及非 HOKO 产品不维护修理。
We do not repair or maintain products over 5 years and non-HOKO products.
6. 因维护而发生的邮费、交通费，用户自理。
The postage and transportation expenses incurred due to maintenance are paid by the user.
7. 仪表的配套端子、卡子等功能性附件及耗材不在免费之内。
