Thank you for purchasing this CD-ROM which contains numerous
informations pertaining to Kubota Tractors.
Please utilize the contents to introduce Kubota Tractors, to explain the
various mechanisms, for training purposes, and to provide general
information at any time or place.

Prior to using this disc, ensure that:


1. Windows95, 98 or NT4.0 is operational.
2. Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 4.0 or higher, has been installed.
(If not yet installed, run ar405eng.exe which is to be found on this
CD-ROM .)
3. Set the monitor screen to its highest resolution so that fine lines
and small parts can be precisely displayed.
(For a desktop personal computer, the recommended resolution is
1024 x 768 or higher.)

Viewing Procedures:
1. With Windows95, 98 or NT4.0 running, place the CD-ROM into the CD drive.
2. After double-clicking on "My Computer", double-click on the CD drive to display the
folders and files stored on the CD-ROM.

3. Double-click on the Mechanism.pdf


file after which the screen shown on
the left will appear.

Select the desired language.

4. Double-click on the Mechanism.pdf


file after which the screen shown on
the left will appear.

Select the desired material.

5. Click on GO TO INDEX.

6. When the INDEX screen appears,


click on the desired section from
those displayed on the screen.
(When the cursor turns into finger
form, it is linked to related page.)

For example,
select "HYDRAULIC SYSTEM".

7. When the contents for the selected


section are displayed, select the
desired item.

For example,
select "Position Control Valve".

8. When the selected page are displayed ;


1) Click on the illustration frame to display
the colored illustrations.
Note : If the cursor is not turns into finger
form, the colored illustrations are
not available.

2) Click on the WSM button to display the


related page of the Workshop Manual.

9. The operation buttons are


arranged on the lower right
hand side of the monitor
screen. Click on the proper
button as needed.

10. Click on the items marked


with light blue to see the
details.
