You can use this web page to reinstall the app or download previous
versions.

Please download the app > open your Downloads folder > find the
downloaded application there > click it with a right mouse button or
with Ctrl key > and choose "Open" from the popup menu. Repeat twice
on macOS 10.15 and higher.
Please click "Enter registration code" link inside the app, and enter (or
copy/paste) your user name and license code. That will remove all trial
limitations of the program. Everything is case-sensitive!

Installation guide

macOS 10.15 (and later versions) have made installation of this app a
little bit more complicated.

Please follow these simple steps.

1) Please download both products purchased and open your Downloads


folder in Finder.

2) Click the downloaded app that has a box icon - with a right mouse
button or Ctrl key. Choose Open from the popup menu. First time,
macOS will offer to delete the app, click Cancel. Repeat the attempt,
then click Open button in the next window.
3) Install the main keylogger app.

4) You will need to check it in your system Accessibility settings. Click


the Lock icon there and enter your Administrator password to approve
the app. Do not close System Preferences window.

5) Please disable screenshot recording now, if you do not plan to use it.

6) Reactivate your keylogger with Ctrl Alt J hotkey, then click "Hide
and Go" button.

7) macOS may request your permission for screen recording, please


approve it. Click "Later" when macOS will ask to quit the app.

8) Install "Enable Password Recording" app (if needed) and approve it in


your System Preferences as well.

9) Please restart your Mac to get everything working. You may now
delete or backup all downloaded files and empty Trash.

10) That's all!
