A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF NECTOR P. GABORNES AS
APPOINTED BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY NO. 07, POBLACION,
LAWAAN, EASTERN SAMAR.
WHEREAS, in consonance with the provision of Section 395, Chapter 5 of the
Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the
appointment of Barangay Secretary needs the concurrence of the majority of the
Sangguniang Barangay members.
WHEREAS, majority of Sangguniang Barangay Members accepted him as Barangay
Secretary of Barangay No. 07, Poblacion, Lawaan, Eastern Samar.
WHEREAS, on joint motion and duly seconded by the majority of the Sangguniang
Barangay members.
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to concur and approve the
appointment of NECTOR P. GABORNES as Barangay Secretary of Barangay No. 07,
Poblacion, Lawaan, Eastern Samar.
Continuation of the Sangguniang Barangay Resolution No. __, s. 2023, to wit. A Resolution
Concurring the Appointment of NECTOR P. GABORNES as appointed Barangay Secretary
