Title: online learning

Online learning
Since online learning becomes more common and more and more resources
are converted to a digital form. Some public opinions suggested closing the
public library and replacing them with an electronic library
There are some benefits to it. One benefit is that it saves local cities and town
money; since the public virtual library is expensive to maintain. In addition, it
encourages more samples of people to read because they don’t have to travel to
a library to get a book. In other words, an electronic library is easy to access.
Also, they could access more books samples since electronic libraries wouldn't
have to buy physical copies of books, they can simply rent out as many digital
copies as they need.
However; on the other side, it would be a serious mistake to replace
libraries with tablets. For instance, a study done on tables vs. books reading
found that people read 20%-30% slower on tablets, retain 20% less
information, and understand 10% less of what they read compared to people
who read the same information in print. In addition, starting too long at a
screen has been shown to cause numerous health problems, such as blurred
vision, dizziness, dry eyes, headaches, and eye strain, at much higher instances
than reading print does. People who use digital devices more than normal time
have also had a higher incidence of serious health matters such as fibromyalgia,
shoulder and back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and muscle strain. The author
proves that whenever he
read from his e-reader for too long his eyes start to feel tired and his neck hurts.
Study opinion sees that we should not add to these problems by giving people,
especially young people, more reasons to look at screens.

Second, digital books and resources are associated with less learning and
more problems than print resources.
Second, it is incredibly narrow-minded to assume that the only service libraries
offer is book lending. Libraries have a multitude of benefits, and many are only
available if the library has a physical location.
One of them is that the virtual library is acting like a quiet place to study.
Enable people to make conversation with their mates; converse a class on
different topics, provide jobs, answer questions, and keep the community
connected. A survey done in 2015 found that nearly two-thirds of American
adults believe that closing their local library would have a major impact on
their community. People see libraries as a way to connect with others and get
their questions answered, benefits tablets can’t offer.

In conclusion, people see libraries as a way to connect with others and get their
questions answered, benefits tablets can’t offer nearly as well or as easily.
The article's opinion is clear about not closing the virtual library since digital
library has many drawbacks on health and learning incomes
