CONSOL EPOXY INJECTION is a two-component, solvent-free, low viscosity epoxy resin used to fill cracks and seal cavities in structural concrete. It penetrates deeply, adheres strongly to concrete, and cures to form a rigid and high-strength filler. It restores the original structural integrity of concrete and forms an effective barrier against water infiltration. The epoxy resin has high mechanical properties, including compressive strength over 50 MPa, flexural strength over 45 MPa, and tensile strength of 20 MPa. It also bonds well to concrete, with bond strengths exceeding 7 MPa after 2 days and 14.1 MPa after 14 days.

Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin Injection

DESCRIPTION
CONSOL EPOXY INJECTION is a solvent-free, Pot Life (measured on 1 kg set)
2-component super low viscosity-liquid, based on high Temp oC Time
strength epoxy resins. After mixing, it is injected into 40 15 min
cavities and cracks in concrete where it cures to a rigid 30 30 min

RECOMMENDED FOR Ultimate Compressive Strength


CONSOL EPOXY INJECTION is used to fill and seal > 50 N/mm2
cavities and crack in structural concrete such as columns,
beams, foundations, decks, and water-retaining structures. Ultimate Flexural Strength
It not only forms an effective barrier against water > 45 N/mm2
infiltration, but also bonds the concrete sections, together,
thereby restoring original structural strengths. Tensile Strength
