1. An undercarriage inspection was performed on a Komatsu PC300-8M0 excavator with serial number C91710 that is used for mining hard rock. 2. The inspection found wear ranging from 8-75% on various components including track rollers, idlers, sprockets, and other parts. Replacement plans were set for many components through May 2024. 3. The highest levels of wear were on the left and right track rollers at 71-75% wear, requiring replacement in early April 2024. Other components like link pitch and rail height also showed high wear levels above 50%.
