Cashless Hospitalisation
Step 1 In case of planned hospitalisation, please check the hospital is mentioned in the
Network Hospital List
Step 2 Once, you decide the hospital, send an intimation email as below:
Claim intimation email should be sent within 24 hours from the date of Admission.

Reimbursement
Step 1 Incase of emergency, you can check with the HR or the Insurance broker person if
there is any nearby hospital for cashless. If time doesn’t permit you can admit the
person to any hospital and claim this under reimbursement.
Step 2 Send an intimation email as below:

Claim intimation email should be sent within 24 hours from the date of Admission.
