Family: Father
My father is my hero,
He’s the one who gave me everything,
The things that are never be forgotten,
In this world of wonder and light.
In my memories, strong and true,
A man that shines, my father, it’s you,
With great strength and kind heart,
You are the inspiration to me, forever.
My father is my mentor,
He taught me how to walk,
He taught me to be a good boy,
With lots of happiness and joy.
From young, your guidance so pure,
You taught me to dream and study hard,
You worked tirelessly, day and night,
Providing us, shelter to live.
My father is my life,
Without him, I will have no life,
Through challenges that he has been through,
Its now my turn to reward him.
So, here’s to you, my lovely father,
A man of strength, love and endless cheer,
In my heart, you’ll forever reside
My hero, my rock, you’re the man of my life
Nature
In morning’s light, sunlight shining bright,
Painting the world with colourful colours,
The birds which sings, a lovely song
Their melodies filling the air with delight.
In this world of greenery,
I see the beauty shining bright,
Through eyes that seek the hidden insects,
I find happiness in nature’s diadems.
Fields of flowers, a vibrant tapestry unfolds,
Where whispers of wind paint with colours,
Majestic waterfall, tall mountains,
A breathtaking spectacle, pure and bright.
I see the beauty in every face,
A symphony of kindness and empathy,
Eyes that hold the rhythms untold,
Reflecting the sky of a forest so bold,
I see the uniqueness of seasons unfold,
Nature’s lullaby, a recital yet untold,
From clouds to rainbows, a cycle of nature,
A world that change is always rife.
So, lets protect this wonderful world,
For its beautiful gift, which is nature,
Let’s learn from it cycles,
To live in harmony.
Pollution
In a world of wonder and light,
I see pollution disturbing the bright,
It haunts our lands, our rivers, our home,
Pollution, a dreadful serial killer.
The planet earth is annihilating,
So long before we killed her,
Choked by the pungent smell,
That is blowing from our nose.
Plastic bags, bottles in a beautiful sea,
Where creature live, and might die,
You poison the rivers, don’t you know?
Leaving behind like we knew nothing.
The earth is dying,
In a pool of waste,
That is left carelessly,
In your backyard.
Mother earth screams for our help,
Her dying body that is in pain,
Her battered body in stitches,
So, let’s help her, before it’s too late.
Together we stand, a great army,
Renewing our home, where pollution is gone,
Its up to us to save the world,
A pristine world, for new generations to feel.
