I am From Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I am an
Event Enthusiast looking to expand my area
of expertise in Event Management. Utilising
creativity & diligence within me, I have spent
almost 3 years in this exhausting but
exciting field.
I have worked on few projects from
government departments, NGOs &
corporates as an Event Coordinator &
have experience of operations &
productions, logistics, hospitality, social
media marketing and other associated
activities.
AMRIT KALSH YATRA
Amrit Kalash Yatra was organised nationwide. In Uttar
Pradesh, it was conducted by Culture Directorate of UP.
Many cultural programs were organised at various places
in Lucknow welcoming the Kalash Yatris. An exhibition
was also set up showing the dedication of the martyrs,
OCTOBER 2023 which inaugurated by CM Yogi Adityanath. Thousands of
Kalash Yatris from all 75 districts took part in the event.
This program was concluded in the presence of PM
Narendra Modi at the New Delhi
My Involvement:
Leading a team of volunteers coming in
buses from 75 districts carrying kalash
yatris, briefing them about their duties,
providing them with branding material like
banners & vinyls, speaker system to play
campaign song & announcements, ID
cards, lanyards, Providing flags and other
materials
Supporting management for
accommodation of passengers and
ensuring adherence to program time flow
Coordination with vendors, suppliers and
other manpower, working with the
production team to prepare the venue
as designed
Coordinating all aspects of the event,
ensuring that it runs smoothly and
according to plan. Oversee setting up
the event, troubleshoot any issues that
arises
Supporting the operation and marketing
team like distribution of invitation cards,
documentation of work done, content for
social media promotion
UP T20 League was the inaugural edition of the UP T20,
This league was organised by the Uttar Pradesh
UPT20
September 2023
Cricket Association (UPCA). Many bollywood
celebrities performed and sport celebrities attended
the league as a guest
My Involvement:
To act as a point of contact for Fever FM
and the Sports Management Team to
manage all activities carried out in the
entertainment zone set up in Green Park
Stadium, Kanpur
Coordination with Light & Sound vendors,
DJ, RJ, EMCEE, volunteers and Support
Staff
Planning and arrangements for the
audience engagement activities, manage
volunteers, materials, approvals, security
& safety accordingly

IFFCO IUCF 2023
OM
IUCF is a cultural extravaganza organised by Indian

S 17-35 mm Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO), in which
groups representing various units of IFFCO established
in the country participate and showcase various forms
of art and share culture, about 3000 people witnessed
the program. The week long cultural celebration
June 2023 concluded with the announcement of the winner by
the MD Dr. Udai Shankar Awasthi

AWADH MAHOTSAV
Awadh Festival is jointly organised by the tourism
department, culture department and sangeet natak
academy of Uttar Pradesh to celebrate the music,
crafts and culture of Awadh with performances by the
state's artists. Many state officials and thousands of
people witness the festival and enjoy all the elements
of Awadh region: the classical music and dance, the March 2023
cuisine, and the handicraft through local artisans
My Involvement:
To search and coordinate vendors of awadhi
cuisine, handicrafts, textiles, perfumes, jewelry etc.
and allot stalls to them.
Supporting the branding and marketing
team including distribution of invitation
card, leaflets and brochures
Coordinating logistics and hospitality for
the guests and artists
Conducting competitions like ramp walk,
chess and cooking competition, ensuring
proper coordination with judges and
participants, distribution of certificates

DYF is a youth festival which is being organized in
Lucknow since 2009, it has more than 25 different

types of competitions which are based on social
themes. The main objective of this festival is to
make the youth aware of social issues, create
consciousness towards the society and promote
equality, peace and harmony. Thousands of youth
from all the small and big colleges of the city
February 2023 & previous seasons participate. Many NGOs like Action Aid, Oxfam,
Water Aid sponsor it.
My Involvement:
Planning all aspects like raising funds,
managing volunteers, finalising the venue,
mobilisation of youth, promotion of event,
decore and execution, I manage it all while
being part of the core team
Sending invitations to college authorities
and appointing college ambassadors,
gathering volunteers, distributing
posters.
Coordinating all competitions, registration
desk, stage media & communication through
volunteers, hospitality of guests and judges,
certificate and prize distribution, purchasing
stationery and other items as required,

A QUICK SUMMARY OF EARLIER
WORK EXPERINCE
I started working when I was pursuing my
graduation, My first job was in hotel as a Front
Office Executive, It was a great introduction to
the hospitality industry, I also got opportunity
to switch my role as F & B manager,
Housekeeping manager and Operation
Manager.
And then I joined a social development
organization and worked as a program
coordinator. This was a great opportunity to
contribute towards the society as well as to
enhance my own personality. My thinking
ability and range expanded and I also learned
event management here.
