Normalmente, No Op, No action significa que una pulsación de
teclas que una vez fue asignada a un plug-in o acción que
perteneció a una extensión ya no tiene nada asignada, porque
la extensión tuvo una actualización, la acción fue deprecada o
el plug-in podría haber sido eliminado o desinstalado del
programa. Reaper guarda tales acciones con esta designación
en caso de que la extensión o el plug-in regrese.
