Scene ni Simoun at Basilio na nalaman nyang si Simoun ay si Ibarra
Setting: Gitna ng Kagubatan

*Naglalakad papunta kay Simoun

Setting: Sa Park

Ibarra: Mahal, ang tagal na namasyal ano? Ang sarap gawin ulit na makasama ka sa simpleng
parke. Nakakamiss yung ganitong sitwasyon na tumingin sa mga pamilyang naglalaro at
makinig sa mga huni ng ibon.
Maria Clara: Tama ka, mahal. Minsan naiisip ko yung araw ang bubuo ng sarili nating pamilya at
tayo naman ang manonood sa ating mga supling na magtatakbuhan sa parke at maglaro.

Ibarra: Matagal pa bago mangyari yun dahil sa mga kaguluhan dito sa bayan natin pero
sinisigurado ko sayo na mangyayari iyon.

Maria Clara: Kelan kaya matatapos ang kaguluhan sa bayan na ito? Hindi ba napapagod ang
gobyerno at simbahan na magsimula ng kaguluhan?

Ibarra: Ayan ang tanong na hindi ko kayang sagutin ngunit natitiyak kong madaming Pilipino na
nais lumaya sa kalupitan ng mga dayuhan.

Maria Clara: Sana malapit na ang araw na makakalaya tayo sa kalupitan ng dayuhan sa sarili
nating bayan.

Ibarra: Ayan ang natitiyak kong malapit ng mangyari, mahal.

*Tahanan ni Kapitan Tyago, maguusap sila ni Simoun tungkol kay sakit ni Tyago at Maria Clara
Setting: Sa bahay ni Tyago

Simoun: How are you, Kapitan Tyago? I hope you`re feeling better now.

Simoun: Thank you for your offer but I have an important thing that I need to do, doest not need
to forget. I’m so sorry but I need to go.

Setting: Sa Kalsada

Quiroga: Simoun, are you sure about your plan?

Simoun: To be honest with you, I am having second thoughts about my own plan but my
dilemma is if we will not do it, in our perfect time based on our plan, we will not succeed anytime
soon.

Quiroga: But there are a lot of things you need to think twice before executing your plan.

Simoun: If we do not make a move now, we will miss our chance to avenge.

Quiroga: A lot of things did not go according to plan, what is your plan about that?

Simoun: Whatever happens, just follow and execute everything according to plan.

Quiroga: Are you really sure about this?

dahil ayaw ni Isagani na mamatay si Paulita kaya tinapon nya ang dinamita sa ilog)
Setting: Sa bahay ni Tyago

Pia Alba: How was your stay so far, gentlemen?

Padre Sybilia: As of the moment, I am enjoying my evening thanks to your party.

Pia Alba: How about the others?

Padre Damaso: I am looking forward to what this evening will bring.

Padre Camorra: I am enjoying myself but I think this evening is not yet as eventful as I imagine
it to be.

Pia Alba: Well since your night is not as you wish it to be, maybe it is the perfect time to talk
about some important matters.

Padre Damaso: I guess, it is.

Pia Alba: Come this way, gentlemen.

Padre Sybila: So, what is the important matter we need to settle that we have to take a break
from the enjoyable party?

Gobernador General: First and foremost, we heard that the humors are true that Crisostomo
Ibarra is still breathing. Second, to confirm this humor, we received a message from him stating
that he is really here and will attend this party.

Padre Damaso: As far as I remember, this is really his handwriting.

*Isagani stays quiet and Padre Damaso gets curious

Isagani: Simoun wants to burn this house but I don`t want anything unfortunate happen to
Paulita.

Padre Damaso: Does it mean that Simoun is Crisostomo Ibarra?

Pia Alba: How could you say that?

Padre Damaso: How could you explain that turmoil if you are new in town?

*Isagani gets the lamp and throws it

Basilio: Simoun, they found out that you`re Ibarra.

Simoun: How they did find out?

Basilio: Isagani told them

Simoun: But why?

Basilio: Isagani wants to save Paulita. What should we do?

Simoun: Let`s surrender and save as many men as you can. Our top priority is to save
everyone and leave this place together.

Basilio: Alright, see you ate the river. You will see a boat there that will take us in a safe place.

Simoun: I hope your safety.

Basilio: Take care, too.

Padre Florentino: I don`t wish that you experience this kind of cruelty, son. You don`t deserve
this, you are a good person and did a lot of good things that this town is grateful for. Son,
whenever you are, I wish you to find peace as this is what your father would want if he was still
here. You may be Crisostomo or Simoun, but you have a golden heart and will always prioritize
justice for this town and now you`re gone, I hope there is a person whom you inspire to follow in
your footsteps and continue your legacy. Goodbye to a good person, goodbye son.
