Acknowledgement

Organizational behaviour can be defined as an interdisciplinary behavioural science which


studies Phenomena related to organizations and their human units. It Understands
organization and employees in a better way and motivate them. It improves industrial and
labor relations for effective utilization of human resources. Organizational Behavior
promotes better management and has a great influence on organizational events.

“Presentation inspiration and motivation has always played a key role in the success of any
venture”.

Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Ashish Tiwari, Principal and Mrs. Sharmila Maharjan, Ace
Institute of management, New Baneshwor to provide us the opportunity to prepare this
project. We would also like to thank Mr. Lal Prasad Aryal, Organizational Behaviour
facilitator for encouraging us to the highest peak to prepare this project Report. We are
immensely obliged to our friends for their elevating inspiration, encouraging guidance and
kind supervision in the completion of the project Report.

This project is the result of incessant effort and assistance extended my many individuals.
This project would not have been possible without kind co-operation of all the respondents of
Kathmandu valley who courageously spelled out their privacy.

Lastly, we would like to thank our parents for inspiring us. So, with due regards, we would

Background of the Company
Buzzmedia is a private limited company established in April 2017. Buzzmedia has an
partnership agreement. It is a company of Four Partners. Mr.Rahul Singh and Mr.Kshitiz
Karki were the first one to start Buzzmedia and are active partners in the company. Later
Mr.Navraj Silwal joined in. Also Mr.Ghimire is the sleeping partners of the company. It is
located in Kumaripati; Lalitpur .It was established to mitigate the gap between the
business/brand and targeted customers all over Nepal and has the motto “connecting people
with brands”. .This advertising company mainly focus on vehicle branding as well as Event
Management, Media Management and company branding and promotion. Started few years
back Buzzmedia has gained quite a popularity in the industry and is doing quite well . Some
companies it has worked for are Nepal Telecom, Toshiba, Rum pum , LG, Dish home
etc.They are slowly and steadily achieving their objective and aspire to keep doing well in the
future and reach great heights.
