1. Do you like music? If yes, what kind of music do you like best? Why?
Well, I am a big fan of music. I often spend most of my spare time
listening to V-pop. The reason why I love that kind of music is because of its
rhythm and lyrics. It helps me to get away from it all.
2. What is the most popular kind of music in your country?
To be honest, pop music is one of the most popular kinds of music in
Vietnam. In addition to young people, middle-aged people also love it. Listening
to pop music is an effective way to relax after a long day of hard work.
3.How is music good or not good for people?
In my view, music is good for people. Not only does it help people
recharge their batteries, but it also aids in nurturing our passion and happiness. It
really makes our lives colorful and joyful.
4. Did you learn English at secondary school?
Oh, yes. Actually, we started learning English when I was at primary
school. But at the time, we just learned some basic vocabulary and grammar.
5.What do you think about how English is taught at school now?
Today, English is still taught traditionally. Exams tend to focus on
grammar and vocabulary but do not prioritize communicating in real
conversations. Therefore, students often receive high scores on tests, but they
can’t speak English fluently.
6. In this day and age, many children learn English from a very young age. They
can have access to English resources through the Internet. For instance, they can
listen to music, watch cartoons in English, and play video games online in
English. As a result, many children are even better at English than adults are.
Part 2: From my point of view, a dancing class is useful and necessary for
students. You know, Vietnamese students study most of their time: they go to
school during the daytime and go to extra classes. As a result, they become
stressed out. Participating in a dancing class helps them to relax after a long day
of hard work. Moreover, it helps them connect with other people and develop
their confidence skills. In addition, students can stay healthy by practicing
dancing every day. It really does good for our health.
Part3:Learning a new language is challenging for most people. We may deal
with various proplems when we learn grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
It is difficult for us when we practice writing and speaking in other languages.
But if we try our best, we will achieve our goals. Sometimes we may feel fed up
with listening to English videos and mimicking native speakers’ pronunciation.
Nothing is easy. The key to mastering another language is that we need to create
an environment. Therefore, enjoy studying new languages, and make it become
a part of our daily lives. If we can speak other languages, we can move up the
career ladder and get a high-paying job.

believe that if I understand their culture, I can avoid embarassing situations
when I have a chance to work with them in the near future.

1. Where do you come from?
I was born and bred in the suburt of Ha Noi City. To be more specific, it
is My Duc district, which is famous for Huong Pagoda. My hometown is
very peaceful and pretty.
2. Do you like living in your hometown?
Oh, yes. Because it is the place I lived all my life. This place nurtures me
to become a good citizen. There are a lot of wonderful things about my
hometown, but one of the best things is the beauty of mother nature.
3.What is it famous for?
As I’ve mention before, Huong Pagoda is a well-known attraction of
Vietnam. There are thousands of tourists flocking here every hoiliday season.
4.What is your job?
I am a sophomore at UET university now. I major in automation. In the
near future, I will work as a information engineer. Now, studying is at the top
of my agenda.
5.How long have you been working as a student?
Exactly, 13 years. Sometimes, I feel bored with studying at school
because learning theory takes up a lot of our time. But I still try my best to
achieve my goals.
6.Why do you like your job?
I have been always keen on electric devices since I was a kid. And I have
a sense of creativity, which is a neccesary skill for a programer. Moreover, I
am an introvert. Therefore, jobs related to talking too much is not suitable for
me. These are the reasons why I love my job.
Part 2:
I think being a tour guide will be the most suitable for me. I can speak
English so I want to make use this chance to practice English. In addition, I
can make use of this opportunity to improve my communication skills which
are essential for my job in the future. Being a traffic instructor is good;
however, I am not healthy enough to stand out all the time showing ways for
people. Being a master of ceremony is great, but I am not confident enough
to speak in front of the audience

Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to our health. However, we live
in a democratic country where everyone has the right to do whatever he likes
within the laws, so we cannot ban smoking completely. We are able to raise
awareness about health problems when smoking, and prohibit smokers from
smoking in public places. We should have warnings and raise the price of all
smoking products. This will help to decrease smoking.

I used to spend most of my free time reading books. But now, I read less
than I would like to do. Because I am so busy with my studies and my part-
time job.

I like reading books because it helps me to broaden my knowledge.

As I’ve talked previously, I used to spend most of my spare time on it.

Well, I often use many methods to improve my English skills. The most
effective way is watching films. There are a lot of movies which are suitable
for me to learn English. In addition to watching films, I often listen to
postcard and music.

This weekend, our family is going to Da Nang beach. We have planned it
since last month. Actually, we have never been to Da Nang before.
Therefore, all of us are looking forward to taking a visit to Da Nang city. As
fas as I’ve known, it is one of the most spoitless city in Vietnam. It is so
peaceful and lovely. We will do some sight seeing at Linh Ung Pagoda and
on Ba Na Hill at first. Next day, we will spend all the day taking a dip in Da
Nang Beach. We wil eat seafood as well. We will have a fantastic time
together.

The best time to come to my hometown is in the spring. Because there are

black hair. Her name is Hang, she is 19 years old. She is one of the most
clever people I have ever met.

We met each other 4 years ago. We were in the same class at that time. I
still remember the first time we talked to each other was that she helped me
with my math problem.
6. In your opinion, what is the best quality of a good friend?
The best quality of a good friend is loyalty and honesty. You can’t share
anything with a person who can betray you easily, and of course, you can’t
trust anyone if you realize he or she is dishonest. This kind of friend will give
you the feeling of being unsafe.
Part 2: Which do you think is the best place for the first date
For me, the most perfect place for the first date is the restaurant. The boy
can pick up the girl from her house to a good restaurant. When they are
having dinner, they could talk to know each other such as hobby, his or her
family, work or something like that. That is an amazing evening to move the
next step in their relationship. It seems to me that going to the cinema or
going shopping is not a suitable choice for the first date.

No, I don’t because 5 years ago I had much more free time than I have
now so I often read romantic novels because reading these kind of books
takes a lot of time. Now I am occupied with my work and my studies, I
choose to read reference and science books. They help me broaden my
knowledge and it is good for my job.
6. When do you think is the best time to read? Why? –
I think the best time to read is before going to bed because reading books
makes us relaxed, comfortable and forget a hard working day then easy to
fall asleep.

I will give my parents a three-day tour on the beach. My reason is very
simple. My parents have always loved the beach but they have never been to
it before because they are so busy with their kids. I believe that my gift will
make them extremely happy Another reason is that a wedding cake can’t be
kept for memory. And the album of family is not necessary because we have
already so much.

Yes, I do. I am quite short so I am not suitable for a suit. But I had to wear
it on the day we celebrated graduation ceremony. I must say that I don’t like

I believe that nobody can live without family and friends. Friends are
these ones who you share everything in life, and the ones who help you when
you have troubles. And you can have a lot of fun with your friends when you

explore. Sometimes you can organize a party to create a chance to connect
everyone together and have fun. There are a lot of interesting things to do
with your friends to strenthen their relationship.

I think the best type of exercise is running because everyone can join it. It
doesn’t require any complex skills. It is really simple and easy for all of us.

Actually, choosing a company depends on many factors. I will accept a
new job in a new working place where I will be paid higher and I can do
whatever I want in a competitive work environment. People just improve
their skills when put them in an active work environment. So I can easily
move up the career ladder.

In the modern society, there are more and more crimes. Unemployment,
bad information on the Internet and the lack of education are the causes of
crime. We can see crimes everyday on TV, on newspaper and they are
increasing seriously. Moreover, the crime is younger than before. They are
not aware of their behavior and have no responsibility for what they do. So
the government should have better rules to reduce crimes. Especially, parents
should try to educate their children comprehensively.
