and declare on oath as under;
1. That I/we am/are absolutely seized and possessed of or otherwise well entitled to the immoveable property more particularly described in
the First Schedule hereunder written /hereto attached (hereinafter referred to as “the said property”).
2. I/We have disclosed all the facts relating to the said property to the authorized representatives of HDFC Bank Limited and made available
to him/her all Documents of Title and other needs and writings in my/our possession and power. I/we confirm the accuracy of all information given by
me/us in this regard and also confirm that all prior or subsequent information furnished by me/us in this behalf is true, complete and accurate in every
way.
3. I/we have acquired the said property with my/our self acquired funds and I/we am/are the only sole and absolute owners thereof and no
other person has any share, rights, title or interest of any kind or nature whatsoever in the said property, beneficial owners thereof.
4. I/we say that the said property is free from all encumbrances, claims and demands and the same is not subject to any charge, liens, lis
pendens, attachments or any other processes issued by any court or authority and I/we have not executed any Agreement for Sale, Will, Memorandum of
Understanding for sale/transfer or have not granted any Power of Attorney or created any lien, gift or trust in respect thereof, and no suit, writ, action or
other proceeding is pending against me/us in respect of the said property and that no notice for acquisition or requisition is issued in respect of the said
property is not encumbered in any manner whatsoever and I/we have an absolute, clear and marketable title thereto.
5. I/we say that I/we have not received any notice of any intended or compulsory acquisition of the said property and to the best of my/our
knowledge no notification of any kind that will adversely affect the property in any manner has been issued or published nor is the said property reserved
for any purpose.
6. I/we say that I/we have duly paid and will duly pay the rates, taxes, cesses, assessments, revenues, duties, Society charges and all other
amounts now or hereafter due in respect of the said property and that at present there are no arrears of such rates, taxes, revenues etc. outstanding and
that no attachments or warrants have been served on me/us in respect of Sales Tax, Income Tax, Government Revenues and other taxes.
7. I/we say that I/we have observed and performed and will duly observe and perform all the rules, regulations, terms, conditions and
covenants subject to which the said property has been purchased/acquired/held by me/us which are so required to be observed, performed, compiled with
by me/us.
8. There is no action, suit, proceeding or investigation decided, disposed or pending to my/our knowledge or threatened by/against me/us
before any Court of Law or any other competent authority or body which has/have material effect on my/our business/profession/service, properties or
affairs or which might put into question the validity or performance of the said Loan Agreement or any of its terms and conditions.
9. I/We hereby declare and confirm that the following are my/our heirs and the only person(s) who is/are entitled to succeed to the said
property intestate:

10. I here by confirm that apart from the above persons there are no other persons/Legal heirs entitled to succeed to the said

11. That I will not execute ant such document which may be construed as a gift or will or Sale or Transfer of Ownership Rights of the said
Property in any form against the interest of HDC Bank Ltd.
12. That there is no Right, Interest Or Ownership of a minor in the said property.
13. I/we declare on oath that I/we Have not mortgaged the afore said Property to any person, institution, company, bank etc. as a security for
any financial assistance.
In view of the above I/we do hereby undertake in writing:
14. To settle all claims, demands and liabilities which may arise on the said property in future
15. I/We hereby give my full consent to Mortgage the said property in favour of HDFC Bank Ltd and I hereby assure that in case of my death
Or am incapacitated to repay the Loan on time, my above mentioned Legal heirs will bear the responsibility to repay the loan amount .
And I/we make the aforesaid declarations and statements and give the aforesaid undertaking solemnly and sincerely believing the same to be true and
knowing fully well that on the faith and strength thereof, HDFC Bank Limited considers my application for granting credit facilities.

HDFC Bank Limited for availing certain credit facilities and has offered the following property as security for repayment of the said
