On hard standards I choose first the response time, as a college student there are a lot of
questions that needs to be answer by the university in terms of our tuition fee, our grades,
enrolment procedure and a lot of things in our education’s, and if they can cater all of our
inquiries not just us student’s but also our parent’s then we’ll feel valued ,or being treated as
their important contributor’s of their business. We want a responsive service personnel when
we have question’s that only the university itself can answer. There are a lot of questions that
students have in them because we are only student’s and we don’t have all of the idea that the
university has so that we need a responsive customer service. Also it’s not just us student’s
who has a lot of questions in terms of our educations but also our parents.

The second example that I choose is the resolution time, Resolving service inquiries
promptly and efficiently contributes to overall student satisfaction also parents. When us
students feel that our concerns are being addressed in a timely and effective manner, we are
more likely to have a positive perception of the university. Addressing and resolving our
student concerns can impact retention rates. If us students feel supported and our issues are
resolved, we are more likely to continue our education at the institution. Word of mouth and
online reviews can significantly impact how the institution is viewed by other coming college
students and not just coming college students but also those who are already studying already
in college. Effectively handling service inquiries contributes to a positive reputation and can
attract prospective students. When us students feel that our concerns are taken seriously
resolved, we are more likely to engage with university.

The third example I choose is website loading speed. Website loading speed is critical for
universities as it profoundly influences the student experience. A fast-loading website ensures
swift access to crucial academic resources, facilitating seamless learning. Students rely on
websites for course materials, assignment submissions, and communication with faculty.
Slow-loading pages can impede access, causing frustration and hindering productivity. In the
digital age, efficient online platforms are integral to collaborative projects, discussions, and
timely information retrieval. A lagging website negatively affects student engagement,
potentially leading to missed deadlines and decreased satisfaction. Moreover, a slow website
can impact a university's reputation, signaling a lack of technological prowess. In contrast, a
fast and responsive site demonstrates commitment to providing a conducive digital
environment, attracting tech-savvy students and enhancing the overall educational
experience. In summary, website loading speed is paramount for optimizing educational
accessibility, fostering effective communication, and maintaining a positive digital
reputation.

The fourth example that I choose is transaction processing. Transaction accuracy is pivotal
for universities as it directly influences student experience not just students also parents, and
administrative efficiency. In the realm of student services, such as registration, tuition
payments, and transcript requests, precise transactions are essential for ensuring that students
receive the correct information and services in a timely manner. Inaccuracies in these
processes can lead to a range of issues, from enrollment errors to financial discrepancies,
negatively impacting students' academic progress. Accurate transactions instill confidence in
students, fostering a sense of trust in the institution's administrative systems. Conversely,
errors can cause confusion, frustration, and delays in academic pursuits, potentially affecting
students' overall satisfaction and success. From a practical standpoint, transaction accuracy
streamlines administrative workflows, reducing the burden on students and staff alike. It
minimizes the need for corrective measures and rework, allowing resources to be allocated
more efficiently.

The last example that I choose in hard standards is the billing accuracy. Billing accuracy is
of paramount importance in a university, profoundly impacting students' financial
experiences and overall satisfaction. Precise billing ensures that students are charged
accurately for tuition, fees, and other expenses, fostering transparency and trust in the
institution's financial processes. Inaccuracies in billing can lead to financial strain, confusion,
and disputes, creating unnecessary stress for students. Accurate billing is crucial for financial
planning, allowing students to budget effectively and make informed decisions about their
education. Errors in billing may result in unexpected financial burdens, potentially hindering
students' ability to focus on their academic pursuits. Timely and accurate billing practices can
contribute to a smooth and efficient payment process, preventing disruptions to a students'
academic journeys. Late or erroneous bills can lead to delayed payments and administrative
complications, impacting access to essential services, course registration, and academic
transcripts.

On soft standards I first choose friendliness & courtesy. Friendliness and accuracy of
university staff are pivotal factors shaping student experience. Friendly and approachable
staff create positive and welcoming campus environment, fostering sense of belonging and
support for students. When staff members exhibit warmth and willingness to assist, it
contributes to more inclusive and student-friendly atmosphere. Accuracy in staff interactions
is equally crucial, especially in administrative processes. Whether dealing with academic
advising, enrollment procedures, or financial aid, accurate information ensures that students
make informed decisions, preventing misunderstandings and unnecessary stress. Clear and
precise communication from staff members contributes the overall efficiency of university
operations, minimizing errors that might otherwise impede students' academic progress.
Positive staff-student interactions also impact mental well-being. A friendly supportive staff
can serve a valuable resource for students navigating challenges of academic life. Conversely,
unfriendly inaccurate interactions can lead to frustration, anxiety, and diminished sense of
support.
The second example that I choose is the empathy. Empathy among university staff is
paramount as it is profoundly influences the well-being and success of students. Staff
members who demonstrate empathy create a supportive and understanding environment,
fostering a sense of belonging and emotional safety for students. When staff can empathize
with the challenges and concerns of students, it enhances the overall campus experience.
Empathetic staff contribute to students' mental health and academic resilience. Understanding
the diverse needs and experiences of students allows staff to provide more effective guidance
and support, particularly during stressful periods like exams or personal challenges. This
emotional support can positively impact students' confidence and motivation. Empathy also
strengthens the staff-student relationship, creating an atmosphere of trust and open
communication. When students feel heard and understood, they are more likely to engage
with campus resources, seek help when needed, and actively participate in the academic
community.

The third example that I choose is the active listening. Active listening by the university
staff is indispensable for fostering positive student experiences. When staff members actively
listen to a student inquiries, it signals a commitment to understanding and addressing their
concerns. This not only enhances the quality of a service but also establishes a foundation of
trust between students and the institution. Effective communication through active listening
ensures that staff fully grasp the nuances of student questions, facilitating accurate and
relevant responses. This, in turn, minimizes misunderstandings, streamlines administrative
processes, and contributes to a smoother overall academic journey for students. Active
listening plays a pivotal role in problem-solving. By attentively understanding students' needs
and challenges, staff can provide more personalized and effective solutions. This proactive
approach not only resolves immediate issues but also demonstrates a genuine commitment to
student success. Moreover, active listening contributes to a positive campus culture.

The fourth example that I choose is the professionalism. Professionalism in staff interactions
with the student inquiries is crucial for maintaining a positive and efficient university
environment. Professional conduct establishes a standard of respect and reliability,
contributing to a culture of excellence within the institution. When university staff exhibit
professionalism in handling student inquiries, it instills confidence in students regarding the
competence and integrity of the academic administration. Clear and courteous
communication, adherence to deadlines, and a commitment to accuracy enhance the overall
quality of service, facilitating smooth administrative processes. Professionalism also sets a
tone for respectful and equitable treatment. Regardless of the nature of the inquiry, a
professional approach ensures that students receive consistent and fair treatment, fostering a
sense of trust and fairness. This contributes to a positive campus climate and strengthens the
institution's reputation. Professionalism in staff-student interactions prepares students for the
expectations of the professional world.

The last example that I choose is communication clarity. Communication clarity from
university staff in response to student inquiries is vital for myriad of reasons. Clear
communication ensures students receive accurate information, minimizing confusion and
preventing potential errors in academic and administrative processes. When staff members
articulate information concisely and comprehensively, it facilitates better understanding of
policies, procedures, and expectations. Clarity in communication directly linked to student
success. Students rely on accurate information to make informed decisions about their
academic paths, course selections, and administrative requirements. Unclear communication
can lead to misunderstandings, delays, and unnecessary stress for students, hindering their
overall academic progress. Clear communication fosters positive transparent relationship
between staff and students. When students can easily comprehend and navigate the
information provided, it establishes a foundation of trust. This trust contributes to a positive
campus culture, encouraging students to actively engage with university community and seek
assistance when needed.
