As from the above table and from the above figure it can be seen that out of 100 respondents
10% are aged below 25 and 18% are aged between 26 – 35 .while 12% of them are aged
between 36 – 45 20% of the respondents are aged between 46 and 55. Remaining 40% of
them have an age above 55.

Having regarded the education level of the respondents it can be seen from the above 40% of
the respondents are under graduate and 36% of the respondent are post graduate. While 24%
of them are educated in technical field. Only 0% respondents having SSLC and Plus two.

From the chart and above figure it can be seen that 10% of the respondents have experience
below 3 years and 14% of them have an experience of the 3 to 6 years. While 16% of them
have an experience of 6 to 9 years 12% of them are experienced 9 to 12 years and 48% of the
respondents have an experience of more than 12 years

From the above table it is clear that 36% of workers are very familiar with the performance
appraisal process in HLL. About 40% are somewhat clear,22% are in the neutral category.
And 0% are very unfamiliar category.

From the above table and chart, it shown that 58% of the employees get formal feedback
regarding about their performance. 28% of employees did not get feedback and 14% get
feedback to an extend.

that the time spent in performance appraisal process is worth. 52% of the respondents have
agreed with this fact. Only 0% are disagree and also 0% are strongly disagree. Here 28% of
the respondents became neutral.

performance appraisal improve their job satisfaction. While 50% of them agreed and 6%
strongly disagreed. Only 0% disagree. Here 12% of respondents became neutral.

respondents are highly satisfied with the appraisal system of the employees in HLL. 56% of

the respondents were satisfied. While 10% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the same

It can be seen from the above that 16% of the respondents are of the opinion that they never
satisfied with the motivation by the appraisal to their expectation. 32% of the respondent’s
opinion that rarely satisfied with the same. While 42% of the respondents are of the opinion
that often the respondent got satisfaction with the motivation by the appraisal to their
expectation. 10% of the respondents say every time they got satisfaction from this.
