Instructions

.1 Welder Performance Qualification Test

.1.1 General Information

.1.1.1 Performance qualification testing shall be conducted at a


Test Center (WTC) and be witnessed by a WTC
inspector. SAW and FCAW testing may be performed
a proponent's facility if appropriate equipment is unavailable
the WTC. A flow chart showing the steps involved in

causes given in Appendix 5 prior to the retest.
