FEASIBILITY study :-
Feasibility is an important phase in the software
development process it enables the developers to have
an assessment of the product being developed It refers
to the feasibility study of the product in terms of
outcomes of the product,
operational required for implement ting it. Feasibility
study should be performed on the basic of various
criteria and parameters. The various feasibility studies
are:-
• Economic Feasibility
• Operational Feasibility
• Technical Feasibility
1. Economic Feasibility:
It refers to the benefits or outcomes we are deriving
from the product as compared to the total cost we are
spending for developing the benefits are more or less
the same as the older system then it is not feasible to
develop the product. The product is economical
feasible. The E-governance provides the following
benefits to primary school of Orissa.
• Reduces the processing time
• Reduces the work load
• Administrative will be effective
2. Operational Feasibility:
It refers to the feasibility of the product to be
operational. Some products may work very well at the
design and implementation but many fail in the real time
environment. It introduces the study of human
resources required and their technical expertise. This
product is operationally feasible as it is designed
specifically for E-Governance. This provides consistent
and integrated data management. It also provides
information at all levels of people.
3.3.Technical Feasibility:
The system is self-explanting and does not need any
entire sophisticated training. A system has been built by
concentrating on the graphical uses interface concepts,
the application can also be handled very easily with a
novice uses. The overall time that a user needs to get
trained is less than 15 minutes. The system has been
added with features of menu device and button
interaction methods, which makes him the master as he
starts working through the environment. As the
software that were used as developing this application
are very economical and are readily available is the
market the only time that is lost by the customer is just
installation time
SYSTEM ANALYSIS:-
The process of gathering information, diagnosing the
problems, then interpreting facts is known as System
analysis. It also includes recommending system
improvements needed, based on the same data. The
system is observed as a whole, the inputs need to be
identified first before running them and then the system
is subjected to study as a whole to identify the problem
areas.
Although tunning any system as a whole is a complex
procedure, but tunning individual statements is not the
best as something that is correct for one input may hurt
another input’s performance. The solutions are given as
a proposal. The suggestion is revised on user request
and optimal changes are made. This loop terminates as
soon as the user is gratified with the proposal.
So, on the whole, system analysis is done to improve the
system performance by monitoring it and obtaining the
best throughput possible from it. Therefore, system
analysis plays a crucial role in designing any system
Conclusion
Technology is making everything easier for us. Online
shopping is one of these things. Which has greatly
reduced both our time and effort. During the pandemic
situation, online shopping caught more attention.
Internet shopping refers to systems in which customers
purchase products through the online market. Using a
personal computer or some other intelligent device.
Online markets and websites are widely developed
nowadays and the dependency on web technology
increases mostly .The quality and delivery time of the
products is the key to online shopping. Consumer intent,
security, privacy, trust all these dimensions have an
adverse impact on online shopping Building trust issues
more secure payment gateways, and money-return
guarantee policies also include reasons for user
satisfaction. All those factors are related to customer
online buying satisfaction and their online shopping
behavior The main point of this paper was to show the
current situation of internet shopping and customer
satisfaction. The sensitive impact of buyers is displayed
in this analysis, Different kinds of algorithms are used to
analyze the customer shopping behavior and
satisfaction of online shopping.

Proposed System
Designing a proposed system for an online shopping
system involves various components and
functionalities. Here's a high-level overview of the
elements typically included in such a system:
1. User Interface:
• Homepage: Provides an overview of featured
products, deals, and categories.
• Product Pages: Detailed descriptions, images,
reviews, and specifications for each product.
• Shopping Cart: Allows users to add items, view
cart contents, and proceed to checkout.
• User Account: Registration, login, profile
management, order history, and settings.
• Search and Filtering: Helps users easily find
products based on categories, price, ratings,
etc.
2. Product Management:
• Catalog Management: Add, edit, and delete
product listings.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage
product stock levels.
• Product Reviews and Ratings: Allow customers
to leave feedback and ratings.
3. Checkout and Payments:
• Secure Payment Gateway Integration:
Credit/debit card, PayPal, other payment
options.
• Address Management: Allow users to manage
multiple shipping addresses.
• Order Summary and Confirmation: Review
orders before finalizing.
4. Order Processing and Management:
• Order Tracking: Updates on order status and
delivery progress.
• Order Fulfillment: Packaging, shipping, and
delivery management.
• Returns and Refunds: Process returns, refunds,
and manage customer support.
5. Security and Authentication:
• Secure Authentication: User login, sessions,
and account security.
• Secure Transactions: Encryption and
protection of payment data.
6. Administrative Dashboard:
• Analytics and Reporting: Track sales, user
behavior, and inventory data.
• User Management: Admin control for user
accounts and permissions.
• Content Management: Control over product
listings, promotions, and website content.
7. Mobile Responsiveness:
• Ensuring the website is accessible and
functional on mobile devices.
It's essential to consider factors like user experience,
security, and scalability while designing an online
shopping system. Each of these components requires
careful planning, design, development, and testing to
ensure a seamless and secure user experience.
