HSE POLICY & PROCEDURES Safety First is our Policy
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Safety is and will be our constant concern always. Every precaution has been taken to provide a
safe workplace. Our safety officers make regular inspections and holds regular safety meetings.
They also meet with management to plan and implement further improvements in our safety
program. Common sense and personal interest in safety are still the greatest guarantees of labour
safety at work, on the road and at home. We take safety seriously and any wilful of habitual
violation of safety rules will be considered as a cause for dismissal.
The cooperation of every employee is made mandatory to make our company as a remarkable
safe place to work.
SAFETY POLICY
It is the policy of Al Manadhar Al Arabiya LLC to provide a safe and healthy work environment for
employees at every level through the awareness and prevention of occupational incidents, injuries and
illness. To demonstrate commitment to, leadership in, health safety and environmental (HSE) protection,
performance and compliance.
The objective of our company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management Program is to reduce
work-related accidents (thereby injuries) and illness and to promote safety and health in every task
undertaken by employees on behalf of the company. To this end, our HSE Management Program will
include:
A. Implementation of a company-wide safety committee for overseeing all aspects of safety and
health activities.
B. Implementation of a program for conducting routine safety and health inspections to identify and
eliminate unsafe working conditions or practices and control health hazards.
C. Methods of preventing incidents, pollution that may impact on the environment.

D. A comprehensive safety and health training program for all new and
existing personnel.
E. Provisions for the use of personal protective equipment by all employees as
dictated by their respective job descriptions.
F. Provisions for mechanical and physical safeguards to the maximum extent
possible.
G. Company-wide HSE policies, requiring every employee of the company to
comply with these policies as a condition of employment.
H. Provisions for a thorough and prompt investigation of every accident to
determine its cause and correct the problem and reduce the likelihood of it
happening again.
I. A safety incentive program for promoting safety and health, encouraging
the active participation of all employees and acknowledging through rewards
individuals whose safety record exemplifies the standards set forth in this
program.
