In the event of a delay by the

delay liquidated damages of (0.5%)

damage for delay according to this
sub-article shall not exceed (5%) of
the total contract price or purchase
order/letter of award. The delay
liquidated damages shall be the only
remedy for the Customer due to
delay. The Customer shall not be
entitled to any other remedies such
as termination or damages unless
the maximum period of delay has
been exhausted.

direct effect on the delivery of

for any special, indirect or consequential
damages of any nature whatsoever in
relation with the purchase order and/or
contract.

12) Termination of Contract /Purchase ‫أمرالشراء‬/‫) إنهاء العقد‬12

12.1 Termination by Customer for ‫ اإلنهاء بمعرفة العميل لمخالفة الشركة شروط‬1/12

for thirty (30) days after the fulfilment of
all the requirement referenced in para-
one of clause 3 above; or

Such costs shall also include the costs of
protection, storage and insurance of
equipment/works. In all events the
Company shall be granted a time
extension corresponding to the period
of suspension or to the period of delay in
the execution of the Works/equipment if
it exceeds the period of suspension
itself.

Whether the suspension is provoked by

the Company or the Customer, the
Company shall be entitled to terminate
the Contract and/or purchase order if
the period of suspension exceeds 90
days.

14. The Ownership of Drawings ‫) ملكية االرسومات و المستندات‬14

15. Intellectual Property Rights ‫) حقوق الملكية الفكرية‬15
