Other terms and conditions


1. For outstation visit minimum ………. Kms Per Day will be charge & afterwards extra K.M cost
will be calculated on per kilometer basis

2. Night Charges are applicable from ……….. P.M. to ………..A.M.

3. Hours and Kilometer are calculated from the garage to garage.


4. Toll and Parking are charged extra as per actual costs incurred and on delivery of proof of
expenditure.
